Shake Shack Montgomery Village

For a place with shake in its name, you'd think they'd make a decent shake. It was watery, oddly flavorless given all the ingredients, and my husband swears there was ice in his. We'd come back for the burgers though, if we're on this side of town.

I've never been so I was skeptical at first. Very clean plane when you walk in the door. The ordering on the touchscreen is kind of a pain. Wasn't sure if you could just order at the counter. Made it through the 5 minute process with 3 people to order.
Then the food came out. Better burger than In-N-Out burger. Which is saying a lot as we see how popular that place is. People waiting for an hr for a burger. The fries were just ok. Not a big fan of crinkle cut fries.
We went on a Saturday around 5:30 no line and was eating within 10 minutes.
Great chocolate shake as well.

Great burgers, fast service

Easy to park at, bright and clean. Fry’s are hot crispy flavorful. Fun selection but not worth the price.

Greasy burgers, loud restaurant, order on an iPad and difficult to customize. Takes forever.

Won’t be returning. Not terrible anything… but not worth my dollars, when I would rather patron a local shop. Also compared to other similar places eg habit burger, in and out, etc… this place is wildly expensive.

Shake was in fact good- but not stellar. Not worth coming back for the shake alone.
