Walked in and waiting to order and instead of telling me where to order they helped the person behind me...absolutely ridiculous I will not be going back

The sandwich was ok, considering they didn't add the avacado I asked for. They give a pickle spear with your sandwich if you eat there, but if you get it to go or get it delivered, they automatically take it off the order like it was refused. Really ?! $10 for a four inch sandwich then they try to save a couple more cents by leaving out the pickle spear, come on !

The price of the sandwiches are 2x more $ than Subway, but the quality is 5x better. Ordered a 4” turkey & salami sandwich, toasted, with a dill pickle on the side, a cup of clam chowder and a drink for $20. The bread and sandwich stand out for high quality ingredients and consistency. The clam chowder is a little fishy tasting and I would not order again. However, service is fantastic and the restroom is very clean.

I understand prices and inflation has affected everyone, but $17 for a sandwich is pretty expensive, and it wasn't worth the price. I think maybe including a drink and/or bag of chips would make it feel a little more worth it. Their sourdough is good and the lemonade is pretty good. Lemonade wasn't overly sweet and had a nice tart to it. The customer service was okay, no greeting/acknowledgement or "we'll be with you in a moment" at first, so I wasn't sure if they saw us. They are polite and friendly once helped, though.

Sandwiches taste fresh, good service. It’s “expensive” to some people but really doesn’t cost that much different than anywhere these days. Sandwiches are filling.

I doordashed an order at 6:58 at 7:36 and the dasher is still waiting? Got here at 8..
I regret ordering here as of now.
The food better be good or I'll be back...
Bread was great, but not made the way I ordered it. Close but no extra bbq sauce.
Not ordering on doordash again. Maybe in store but Lombardi's is still the top place.

*Literally* $80 for five sandwiches, I'm not even kidding. The card reader prompted for a ***$25*** tip for five sandwiches, and they asked for a SECOND TIP when the recipe printed. What do they do for the tip? Walk the sandwiches 10 feet to the table, look at the picture. Oh that bread roll sat on the kitchen floor a good while too, nice. YOU PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WAGES, NOT US. The moment the employees get tips to cover wages, they will stop paying those wages. GREED.
