Worst Starbucks in town by far. They'll open and nobody will be working the Starbucks for the first hour they're open. My recent trip I waited thirty minutes and a half dozen other people walked out to go to another location that probably is a lot more professional.

The two bigger ladies that work there in the mornings have a horrible attitude. My mom overheard them speaking Spanish to each other so she spoke to them in Spanish because she doesn't really know English and the lady at the register suddenly didn't know Spanish. We asked for a pup cup another time and they said sorry we don't have whip cream for pup cups, and then topped off the other customers drinks with whip cream.

Im sorry, but if you cant multi task when youre the only person working. You shouldnt be working here. I waited in line for 15 mins on a very slow day, one person in line in front of me and one person waiting for their drink. You should not be taking an order then taking a long time on the single person. Take the orders as youre waiting for food to heat up and such. Dont work at starbucks if you cant multi task. Ive worked the service industry and I know it can be done. This is just poor customer service and lack of skills on this persons part.
