Asked for a hot Carmel maceotto it she made me a ice drink so it was cold and not hot and I the other person showed up late and on top of everything else I ordered a tall latte w/extra shot and foam when I got on my car I went to shop my latte and it was sweet. I'm not a happy camper right now cause I'm a diabetic and have to have insulin because my sugar is is high enough I think this person needs to pay attention more on orders and not put any powder on unless asked...
The Starbucks baristas are very friendly and hardworking despite appearing to be short handed. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they do try to get people's orders out in a timely manner. (Although it seems that most people are already aware of the wait time and are okay with waiting a few minutes) Thank you for your hard work baristas!
I like getting my coffee before work from the very friendly workers. They see me so often that they call me by my name. I only give 4 though because a lot of the time they need extra hands on deck.
