Too busy and not enough people working. The great thing about Starbucks is the consistency in their drinks.

Bathrooms are disgusting and Everytime i go in there the make my drink wrong .Too chatty .Last time my drink had skin or something of that texture in it .Really gross ....The staff is really sweet but don't use the bathroom cuz it doesn't go well with food and drinks afterwards.Just a hint for the people who work at a Public place .The Clorox bleach pods work really well if you put them in the back of the toilet twice a week it keeps the toilet civil .I know the staff means well but they need to be more professional and pay attention too the details.Wheelchair accessibility: Na

This Starbucks feels like a small, local coffee shop. It feels like it's well staffed and the people working here feel genuinely kind. I popped in for a coffee and it was my nephews bday. On the way he asked if he could order a water with whip cream and I advised probably not a good idea. He did anyway and my sister told them it was his birthday. They thought it was silly and made it for him, and put "happy birthday" stickers all over his cup. I left a nice tip and also felt that was very kind for them to humor him. But the stickers and kindness was really cool. On a side note, im from out of town and it seems there's a larger, cascading homeless problem. So much so they stopped stocking the cream and sugar openly and is now added to your coffee upon on request. I couldn't only imagine how tough it is being between a city that can't deal with homelessness, and a business who has to think of creative ways around the consequences of homelessness. Overall incredibly impressed with this place. Well done

I see a lot of bad reviews here but also notice how old they are. I love this location! They are right within walking distance or a quick stop if I'm going somewhere for work. They've always been timely and quick. I normally mobile order and by the time I get there, it's either ready or they're working on my drink. The staff has always been nice and attentive. If they see a mobile order walk up, they quickly ask what the name is. The store is clean, they definitely have regulars and they've been great! Don't let the bad reviews from 2+ years ago deter you. This location is great.

By far the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. I know what this side of town is, but man, as soon as I walked through the doors the barista looked at me like I was going to rob the place. While walking up to the counter I saw her give a very warm welcome to a lady in front of me. And while patiently waiting for my mobile order, 2 other customers walked up and also received courteous "Hello's" with a smile. Even asking one "Are you waiting for a mobile order? It will be ready in just a few." Me, well I got not much more than a nasty look. Okay... not sure if she mistook me for someone else, but this was my 1st (& last) time ever in the shop. About 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready (she took over 20 minutes to make a macchiato & I promise it wasn't busy - there were 2 customers in line, 1 waiting for an order he just placed, 1 also waiting for a mobile order and about 6 others already sitting at tables with their coffee) I noticed she snuck a finished drink down on a receipt and quickly walked away. Guess who's it was.... Yep, mine. Smh. Horrible customer service from a barista who judges you on your appearance in order to decide who to be nice & courteous to. Catch my drift folks? Will never step foot in this one again. And it's a shame because I just moved around the corner from the other side of town. Guess I'll be going to Farmer's lane instead. A few miles out of my way, but one where I've always received exceptional service!! 2 THUMBS DOWN AT THIS ONE.

I love this Starbucks what took me so long to stop by?!? Christian was awesome friendly and quick. They offered to consolidate our random gift cards for us and they described some of the new drinks so I could decide what to order. We got an iced soy chai and a shaken coffee with toasted vanilla and oat milk. Both perfect. I also love how this location has plenty of parking and lots of other good stops nearby like Ace hardware, the Dollar store, and Los Tres Chiles.
