Starbucks

Been here more times than I can count, and they always mess up simple orders.

This is one of the best Starbucks I've patronized. The manager has obviously trained her staff in every aspect of customer service. One employee in particular, Angie, is outstanding. There have been several occasions in which I have entered, I am immediately greeted by name and my order is ready to go within a couple of minutes. Angie knows exactly what I'm having. Keep up the great job. 🙂

Disabled vet here. After having to give order 3 times and person on the register making the same error, I had to leave. Called and spoke to the manager who was not entirely sympathetic, although offered to make food. But I was just done. Sitting here trying to come down from an anxiety attack. I think fast food needs to be better all things considered and Starbucks especially

I asked for a simple decaffeinated coffee and had to remind them to fill my order. It was bitter and clearly watered down, the worst coffee ever. I complained, and they made me a decaf Americana with almond milk. That was still only slightly average. Starbucks was great.....10 years ago. Not today, be it Sonoma County CA to NJ. Blah, coffee!

Dietary restrictions: Nothing to accommodate silica disease meaning gluten free!

The girls there were efficient and very nice. It was clean and nice to just sit and relax. I had a cinnamon coffee cake which the girl offered to warm up, and I said yes. Made it delicious. Plus a latte.

It's a Starbucks. Coffee is consistent, staff is friendly, the store is clean.

Dietary restrictions: The have dairy alternatives such as Oat Milk, Almond Milk, and Soy Milk for anyone who can not do dairy.

Recommended dishes: Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème

The women who were opening the store were very friendly despite how early it was and were very engaging despite being busy.Thank you for the whipped cream on top of my plain ol’ coffee - it made my budget friendly beverage that much better!

Parking: There’s usually spots but there are multiple businesses on site so it can be tight.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there are wheelchair parking spots but I don’t believe they have automatic front doors

Parking: Decent parking.

Great place for friends to meet with and most importantly the staff are very helpful and happy ????
