The girls there were efficient and very nice. It was clean and nice to just sit and relax. I had a cinnamon coffee cake which the girl offered to warm up, and I said yes. Made it delicious. Plus a latte.

This morning at Starbucks Santa Rosa California on stony point and Sebastopol rd. I received bad customer service from Alex the manager. I always start my day with a Starbucks and normally get excellent customer service there but today Alex was very rude my order was wrong and he made me feel as if it was my fault and they were to busy. He acted as if I didn't just pay my hard earned money for my order to be right. I didn't deserve the hostility and poor customer service. I normally always tip but not today. Do better Starbucks!

The girl working this morning on 7-29-23 approx 10:30 AM is by far the best Starbucks Barista I've ever experienced. I didn't mobile order my coffee correctly and she offered to remake it for me. That is the best kind of service you can ask for also being very kind & understanding. Much appreciated!!

The women who were opening the store were very friendly despite how early it was and were very engaging despite being busy.Thank you for the whipped cream on top of my plain ol’ coffee - it made my budget friendly beverage that much better!Parking: There’s usually spots but there are multiple businesses on site so it can be tight.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there are wheelchair parking spots but I don’t believe they have automatic front doors

Drinks & store are okay. Nice coffee shop in the neighborhood.Something recent on this location are the covered outlets. Such a shame if you plan to plug in while drinking your coffee. I guess some customer were "overstaying".

I really hate writing bad reviews but this is by far the worst Starbucks in town. Today marks the third day in a row that they have messed up my order. The first time I asked them to remake it, which is Starbucks' policy, and the staff were so incredibly rude. They were reluctant to remake it in the first place, and when they finally agreed to the girl called out my name which so much attitude it was insulting. I picked up my remade drink only to find they made them wrong AGAIN. I went there two more days after that and they have messed up my drink EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's actually kind of amazing that you can consistently mess up that much and be that rude when customers ask you to right your wrongs. Go somewhere else.

Lazy staff. Stop by 20 minutes before closing. 2 girls in there laughing, goofing around. Doors are locked. I get there attention to inquire why the doors are locked so early. One reluctantly strolls over to the door and tells me they closed early because of staffing issues. ??? There are 2 of them in there doing nothing and yet they won't make one small drink. 20 minutes before posted closing time. I started to walk away and noticed they were laughing at me. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. It appeared to me that these 2 wanted to get their Friday night going so they just closed the store early. Starbucks, you really should monitor your stores. This was a joke.
