I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks with an employee named Angelina. As my friend and I approached the store, she gave us unwelcoming and dirty looks before we even stepped inside. It was uncomfortable enough that we chose not to enter and instead went through the drive-thru, where another employee provided excellent service. This type of behavior creates a negative impression and can drive customers away. I can only imagine the type of treatment she gives her coworkers. I hope this matter is addressed and she is fired or under someone else’s supervision to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

I went to this Starbucks around 8:30–9:00 PM with a classmate, and before we even walked in, a supervisor named Angelina gave us a nasty, unwelcoming look that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. This is not just poor customer service — it’s unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a leadership position who should be setting the example for the rest of the staff. If this is how she treats customers, I can only imagine how poorly employees must be treated under her supervision. We avoided going inside entirely and used the drive-thru instead just to avoid her. If a supervisor cannot greet customers with basic courtesy and professionalism, it raises serious concerns about the work environment and training at this location. Management and corporate need to address this immediately.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks that I feel compelled to share. I visited the store around 10 PM, when there were no other customers. I politely asked the supervisor, Angelina, for an iced water. To my surprise, she was incredibly rude and told me that I had to purchase something from the menu to get a complimentary drink.

I've worked in customer service for years, and I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism. It's one thing to have policies in place, but it's another to be impolite and unwelcoming to customers. A simple 'I'm sorry, but company policy requires a purchase' would have sufficed.

Angelina's attitude was completely uncalled for and left me with a bad impression of this Starbucks location. If you're not happy with your job, Angelina, perhaps it's time to consider other options. In the meantime, I hope Starbucks management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service.

I only come to this location if I’m on my way to work. I ordered a refresher today and I told the lady I wanted a venti she kept saying grande. When I expressed to her I wanted a size bigger she finally got it correct. When I received my drink I got a venting cup I drove off. After talking off I took ONE sip and to my surprise my cup was 90 percent ice. I shouldn’t be almost done with my drink after 1-2 sips.

I ordered 2 latte's. They were the color of milk and watery and you couldn't even taste coffee.
The server acknowledged they were unusually pale but shrugged it off.
When I complained she angrily said she would remake them but it was going to take a while.
I had a 5 hr drive in a storm and couldn't wait.

So I would to share my story that me and my hommies went there every Saturday and order some tea every week . And there is a lady that’s hasn’t been really nice to us and being really rude. I don’t know what’s the reason we don’t even talk to them we just order ours drinks and let it be. And I wanna find out what’s the reason of that stupid behavior
