Every time I go to the store, they take a very long time. Not pleasant staff. Last time I went it took 20 minutes to get a drink. I got in the drive-through line to get my drink and they made me park to wait for my drink. I ordered online at 3:35 PM. The app said my drink would be ready by 3:41. My drink was ready at 4 o’clock. I always try to avoid this store because it’s not the first time they take an excessive amount of time.

The baristas at this Starbucks are always nice and friendly and quick! Today I walked in, running a little late to work, to pick up my coffee. After scanning the ready coffee I saw that mine wasn’t ready and stepped back to wait! Michelle saw me waiting, asked my name, and helped get me my coffee as quick as possible. While she was helping me with my coffee, a second barista saw me waiting and did the same! I know it is extra work- but I love that they hand write my name on my cup. The customer service at this Starbucks is amazing!

I come here every Monday around 11am and there’s a barista that goes by Em and another that goes by Liz. Liz and Em are absolutely amazing. They’re super welcoming and they’re the reason I love coming to this Starbucks even though it’s across town from where I live. They also always make the best drinks and even offer all the options when it comes to making my 2y/o niece a drink. Definitely my favorite place.
