One of my favorite stores! They always are so nice when I walk in. Even through this pandemic they do the best they can to provide a great experience. And I always have one :) I've witnessed some rude customers, I think some people forget to be patient while the baristas take extra steps to prepare food/beverages while trying to be clean and sanitary.

My drink was ready first, so I thought I'd get out of the crowded waiting area to walk over to the register to pick up my delayed snacks. No customers were at the register or in line, so that was great--or so I thought. I smiled, gave a little wave to the girl who rang me up and who was preparing my things, and waited.When they were ready, rather than simply handing me the items, she took my things all the way back to where the coffees are given, and called out my name, as if to say, "This is where you're supposed to be waiting." Hahaha, omg. :)

The new Impossible Saugage sandwich is great ,especially if you have acid reflex for no reaction. Sweet cream Cold Brew, extra sweet cream & 1 pump of Vanilla is really yummy

Wondering why none of the eateries here have tables and chairs outside?6 food vendors and Starbucks with their tables and chairs stacked up inside. 2 people standing under a shady wisteria and me during on a bench in the sun eating lunch.Why?

Move been to a lot of Starbucks all throughout the US from SF to Pennsylvania, but this was the best Mocha I ever had - well, except for Caribou, but that's a Minnesota thing. It was so amazingly good I have no idea what they did different than Other ones!
I literally walked in with my daughter and was easily prompted with happy greetings. This was march 2nd around 1pm and the young girl took my order very quickly. I ordered a Passion tea with the water substituted for Very berry hibiscus + sweeter. This is my usual and I know how its supposed to look (magenta) and I received a yellow Peach green tea with my substitutes. While they were making my drink I decided to take my daughter to the potty since shes 2 years old and training. Not even 2 minutes into being into the restroom one of the employees knocked on the door and tried opening it to ask if "I was okay". I responded with the bathroom is in use and I'm in here with my daughter. I got an attitude response when she said "Okay" as if I've been using their restroom for hours. Fix that.

I just stopped there for a small study session after a long day, went in, got my order wrong and ended up with one of my cheese danish cold and the other one which was warm had a straw wrapper in the bag the coffee itself was pretty strong for a vanilla latte as well. Sad to say that considering it's such a beautiful store they definitely need to improve their customer service, this will be the last time i will be coming to the starbucks on santa rosa ave. the creamer itself was left out for quite some time and now i am currently gagging outside of the gym from how sick i feel. ZERO STARS if I could.

This location is always great. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean. I even saw them go out of their way for another customer when they realized they were out of what he wanted. Gotta love that customer service.

This Starbucks has the happiest employees I've ever seen at any Starbucks even when they are mopping or having a disagreement behind the counter they are being polite with one another with smiles on their faces and genuinely happy to be at work even when stressed during peak hours. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks on Santa rosa Avenue in the Costco shopping mall right next to and across from Panda Express.
