I have gone through here a few times and every single time there is an issue with my order. When ordering through the drive thru you feel like a complete inconvenience to whoever is working and they rush so fast that they get my order wrong every single time. When I told them my order was supposed to be iced and even a different size then they were trying to give me, I saw them turn around and dump the HOT drink into a cup and pour possibly 3 pieces of ice in it? If I’m paying $8 dollars per coffee, I feel like it’s fair to have it how I want it? Really poor customer service :/

Today I came to get my drink and realized that at the moment of paying the tip had already been set and included in my drink. At no moment was I asked nor given the option. I always tip regardless so it was genuinely rude and made me NOT want to go back !

Best Starbucks experience ever! I came in this morning with low expectations based on previous visits to other locations( I live in SF, in town for work). Yaz took my order and was super helpful and sweet. The whole team was friendly and cheerful. Great way to start the day:) Thank you a'll -Kat

Absolutely TERRIBLE entrance if you have a sedan! They have a sign warning you, but it's facing TOWARDS the parking lot 🙄
Also the baristas did not put the cardboard sleeve on the togo cups. This place REALLY doesn't care about their customers.
