Many things from the menu were not available. I would really appreciate some healthy stuff like salad on the menu in general. Also, they warmed up my brownie, though I said they shouldn't and it was a melted chocolate mess.

This Starbucks is great! There are two Starbucks locations close to my work and I always prefer this location over the others as the drinks are made the quickest, the staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. Anna helped me today and she was so nice. Great customer service should be commended and she deserves a raise.
This particular location is in need of help. The manager is either inexperienced or does not care about the cleanliness, possibly both. The inside is always dirty with trash laying around and the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Any of the warm food items are just premade frozen things that lack flavor. I've never been a big Starbucks fan, I just go because of the convenience but that's going to change.
