Many things from the menu were not available. I would really appreciate some healthy stuff like salad on the menu in general. Also, they warmed up my brownie, though I said they shouldn't and it was a melted chocolate mess.

I've gone here the last two times and the cashier seems to not like making Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccinos because every time I order one she wants to make it a mocha Frappuccino and when she's corrected that I ordered the crème Frappuccino she says that it's the double chocolate chip Frappuccino. Apparently tho she can make a mocha cookie crumble which makes no sense. She says they are now out of the toppings and I can order a double chocolate Frappuccino. Both times the Frappuccino's taste like water this is the worst Starbucks ever

This Starbucks is great! There are two Starbucks locations close to my work and I always prefer this location over the others as the drinks are made the quickest, the staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. Anna helped me today and she was so nice. Great customer service should be commended and she deserves a raise.

This particular location is in need of help. The manager is either inexperienced or does not care about the cleanliness, possibly both. The inside is always dirty with trash laying around and the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Any of the warm food items are just premade frozen things that lack flavor. I've never been a big Starbucks fan, I just go because of the convenience but that's going to change.

Great place for charging your equipment while it lasts. A couple homeless people inside seem to want to live there. Sleep through the day and do absolutely nothing. Which in the end will ruin it for the rest of us as with many other starbucks locations.Far easier to call the police. But no no, lets unplug the outlets and limit everyone as a whole. Yet offer free wifi and a lounge to sit in without the ability to charge equipment. Makes a lot of sense.
