I was here twice before and the dinning area and bathroom were very dirty. There was no table available that was clean.I was here today 4/24/24 and is a little better. The prior location inside Barnes novel was much better and because it was inside a bookstore it was much inviting and intellectual. Also there was more diversity when it came to LGBTQI Community.
The nicest staff. Very friendly team of professionals that welcome everyone downtown to a strong cup of caffeine. Wonderful window view for the perfect people watching. Santa Rosa Treasure for children drinking smoothies.

The two individuals working this morning weren't the happiest bunch. Not a typical greeting that I'm accustomed to when going to Starbucks.
Few homeless people inside the establishment as well, but they were kind and kept to themselves.
