Shout out to Vanessa who helped closed tonight. Honestly the sweetest person there. Definitely will be reading here more often. She showed such kindness to a homeless man and to myself . I got a refill and because the drink was forgotten for a lil she still gave me a $4 off card . She was very welcoming and sweet. The others working with her weren’t bad just didn’t feel welcomed by them .

I use get a venti hot black tea for $3,25 now it's $4.75 so they rise there prices during the holidays even if they come back down afterwards what a ripoff they lost me as a customer because of there greed

Izzy was so helpful. Had ordered off the app for drive through pick up and was about 1hr away from the shop. Didn’t realize the app said ready in 8-10min. When I finally showed up she understood and made me a fresh order!!! You saved my crazy morning thank you !!

I ordered at the wrong location on my mobile order and the girls working were so sweet and could tell I was stressed. My two boys were with me and running around like wild animals and the girls helped me get everything sorted out they were very sweet.

You charge enough money for coffee, stop diluting it and adding extra ice to the cold brew. I'm leaving reviews for my fellow consumers about the locations that do this. Guess I need a new coffee company.

Chaotic unorganized waited 10 mins to be acknowledged and even more so for my tea…update actually had to cancel my order because i waited 20 mins and even left a tip. They refunded me the cost of the drink but not the tip

I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks location for a long time, always enjoying their friendly service and comfortable atmosphere. I would have gladly given them five stars until today’s unfortunate experience.

As a digital nomad, I often work from cafes, and this Starbucks has always been my go-to spot to charge my laptop and phone while enjoying their delicious coffee. I usually have my cat, Mishka, with me. He’s always either in his carrier or on a harness and leash, and never roams around the store—he mostly sleeps quietly.

Today was a particularly rainy day, so Mishka was safely inside his carrier. After working on my laptop for about an hour, I went to use the restroom. Upon returning, a female staff member stopped me and asked if I had an animal in my carrier. When I confirmed that my cat was inside, she informed me that they couldn’t allow that, without providing any explanation as to why. What was most disheartening was her apparent preference to put my cat out in the pouring rain, rather than allowing him to stay inside, where he wasn’t bothering anyone. There were no other customers in the store at that time, making it even harder to understand the issue.

This experience has left me feeling very disappointed with this Starbucks location's policy towards animals. It’s disheartening to know that they are not animal-friendly, especially on such a rainy day. While I have enjoyed my visits here in the past, this encounter has unfortunately left a sour taste. I hope they reconsider their policy and provide better communication and compassion in the future.

Went through drive through. These guys have it perfected to the point that my visits are unremarkable. I have nothing to compare it to. I am an ice coffee fan, and although I find many establishments to be in high regard, I often think the benchmark sits with Starbucks.
