Service staff are horrible. Helped 2 others who were behind me in line and was about to help someone else before I had to speak up. ZERO customer service. The apology you gave was hollow to say the least.

I just got 4 drinks today at 3:53 the 2 employees that a working were Very rude ! I made a comment on how little Carmel was used to line my cup and I got a dirty look from the girl & was told " we'll you don't have to come back. I have never had a such a disappointing experience at any other Starbucks we even gave them a $5 tip . my family will never return to this location

Great staff, orders made and served quickly. Only serious problem is the large number of homeless that frequent this location. The number of seating is much less than the number of homeless, so getting a nice place to actually enjoy your coffee, u may want to look elsewhere. If you're ordering to go, this location is
