I am not one to leave any kind of reviews let alone negative because I also work customer service but this location in specific literally NEVER makes an order the way you actually asked for it. The last three times I have been here I ask for the same drink, iced chai with oatmilk. Every single time without fail they give me the wrong milk. Today a worker asked me TWICE to confirm that I wanted oatmilk to which I said yes and yet oatmilk I did not receive and instead got regular. Most of the time they give me almond milk instead, which is like what if I had a nut allergy?? But also they have given me regular several times as well including today and I am lactose intolerant. This theme extends even before these last three visits btw. I understand it is a very busy location so every single time I just take it and say nothing but idk something has to be done. Either get people that are actually looking at the instructions or hire more people because I doubt that this is specifically on the workers and more so because they are understaffed and having to rush orders.

Just an awful place to go to for a Starbucks cup of coffee. Rude staff, and not to mention even the manager seemed all over the place. Me and my eldest daughter waited at the window for drink remakes and the girl at the window was beyond disrespectful. Tattoo and I think a nose piercing if that helps identifying her. She slammed the window on us and when we asked about a breakfast sandwich she said they were out, so we picked another. They were out. She never checked

There is no indoor seating and when I visited the outdoor tables didn’t have chairs. If you are expecting to sit and work on a laptop, head to Stoney Point and Yuba. I did not actually buy coffee today here because I was expecting to work.
They took out all the seating.

What is happening with Starbucks? I went in the store on stony point Road in Santa Rosa, California this morning to find that every single table and chair had been removed, they were severely shortstaffed, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was super sad. I wanted to order eight drinks for me and my team. it took them 20 minutes to make the drinks, and there was absolutely nowhere to sit. I had to stand and hold onto a hand railing. I casually made a comment to the person at the counter that was sad that all of the tables were gone, and there was nowhere to sit. The team member was then joined by two other team members to completely invalidate what I said and talk about, how they’ve gone green and how important that is. I want my tables and chairs to sit in. I want the stopper to keep my coffee hot while I travel back to work. I want an actual straw that doesn’t get soft and gross in my liquid. I have fallen out of love with Starbucks. It’s official.

Management needs to staff this Starbucks differently. This is the second time I have come in, stood at the counter, and ultimately left without being helped. The third and final time I visited this SB I ordered an iced tea and after 15 min of watching every single car go through the drive through I eventually left without my drink and went back to work. This isn't a new issue for this location, please support your staff and hire help.

Mobile order takes almost half hour to be ready. Other than that my food and drinks are always made correctly.

It was a long, kind of grueling day you could say. I wasn't expecting a trip to Starbucks to transform my mood from humdrum, worn down to rejuvenated and smiling. I attribute this transformation largely in part to the naturally kind, warm personality of Danijel at associate at store 760 on Stony Point Rd next to Chase & Wingstop in the Chevron / Little Caesars Plaza (across the street from Burger King, Food Max, and Ross).
It sometimes seems rare to have an intelligent, young person willingly take their time and make an effort to be helpful. Danijel was very helpful and somehow his light hearted demeanor was exactly what I needed to feel better about the world for now and turn my night around and make it a good one... why not?!
Parking: 1 to 2 in front of store, and about 20 more shared spots available just a short distance from the store's entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are not forgotten here and the menu and ambience reinforce this notion.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and it's all one story.

I placed the order at 8:10 waited for it because it said it would be ready by 8:25 at 8:39 order is still not ready. I had to leave without my drink. So upset. Reminder why not to go to Starbucks anymore. Waste of money and time.
