This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to my whole life, I’m not even exaggerating! When I walked in I saw 5 cockroaches, I also saw 2 rats on the ceiling. This is unacceptable, I then decided I needed to use the bathroom. When I walked it, god it was discussing. I walked in and was hit with the most disgusting smell ever, someone must’ve taken a big number 2! We ordered our drinks, while ordering the staff was extremely rude. The staff literally made a joke about deportation, mind you I’m Mexican. We waited STANDING UP. Every other Starbucks locating had chairs, what is up with this place? God Starbucks, get some class! After approximately 20 whole minutes my Strawberry Frappuccino was ready. It looked great, I was drinking it when all of a sudden… I felt different. All of a sudden I needed to use the bathroom, let’s just say… it end well.

The people are always friendly and they close late so it works in my favor :)
This has been my go to for years, I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed, it’s the Starbucks that makes my drinks the best 🤤. And even if they were to make it a different way or mess up, they will fix and make again no problem.

This place is run by someone who is incredibly incompetent. The manager is obviously not built for leadership of a staff. She definitely should not be in charge of a major multi-million dollar chain store. Store is messy, dusty and lacking in stocked condiments and merchandise shelves. I will not return to this location.

I’ve been to many coffee shops in Santa Rosa including other Starbucks in the area. This particular location was a terrible experience. The workers are rude, unprofessional and seemed to be entitled. We showed up at the front doors at opening and were started at while trying to open the locked door. They continued to stare at us periodically while continuing to talk and drink their own beverages. We waited 10 minutes after opening to the door opening and the girl not saying a work when greeeted with good morning. When we received our beverages they were not Starbucks quality.

Made order specifically for a hot drink.
I get a cold drink for the “barista” to then tell me they don’t make this drink hot, only cold. When in fact this isn’t the first time ordering this drink hot and not cold. Bad attitude. The gaslighting. The lack of customer service. The disrespect. For a nine dollar drink!!!!! No wonder Starbucks is going downhill.
