My partner and I got two choice ribeyes, they were cooked to our liking which was medium rare, but there was a lack of sear on the steak itself. Quality steak should have a good sear and crust on it. The mashed potatoes had quite a bitter taste to it. We did not let our waiter know as it was already Close to the restaurant closing. We didn't want to burden them with remaking food. We come to Starks often and this was the first time that we had less than a five star quality experience.
Great food selection. Cocktail and wine choices are abundant and high-quality. The weight staff was friendly and attentive. Overall great experience.
Stark's never disappoints! Queen cute prime rib was perfect, 4 cheese mac is a must, along with the calamari appetizer, and our server, Matthew G, was an absolute rock star!! 10/10 all around and will be back soon!
This was our first time at Starks. It is a beautiful restaurant. When we first arrived we did have to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time. Thankfully we were treated very well with kindness. The food was great. The only issue were the mashed potatoes. They were loaded with chives and butter which over powered them. It was our wedding Anniversary. I did make note of that, but no one acknowledged that. I still believe this restaurant is great quality. My husband is a private chef. We love to travel and explore new restaurants. I would come back minus the small set backs.
I thought this was the best steak I ever had! It was juicy and tender and cooked to perfection!
The staff was Awesome, lots of questions answered. Great suggestions and every dish was Awesome!

We’ve got a great mix of local and international wines, with plenty available in half bottles so you can try a few. Our full bar pours up signature cocktails, classic favorites, and a seriously good selection of whiskeys.

Just wow! Cute little Steak House around the corner from the Junk Expo in Santa Rosa, CA where we had dinner with some Junk Haulers after the Junk Expo. After a long day of vibing, collaborating and meeting lots of new people, a nice steak dinner was needed to end the day. A table for 8 was reserved and we didn't wait too long to get our table.
The tap water tasted a bit off to me, so I ended up ordering a Sprite. No cocktail this time around. I got the surf and turf which was a 6 oz Steak (medium for me, please) and 3 grilled prawns. My plate looked so small compared to the other parties that ordered their huge porterhouse steaks. I mean their meals all came on separate plates, and here I am with my surf and turf, all on one plate, lol. It was small but boy did it pack a punch with so much flavor. Hubby and I shared mash potatoes which were made with creme fraiche and made it very rich, it was delicious.
All in all I would come back and try a cocktail and probably order a bigger cute steak (that's what she said) ;) Go support your #localdealer - Steak dealer that is. You will not be disappointed!

They recommended this steakhouse so we were super excited to try it. My husband had the bone marrow and I had a Caesar salad and cream of mushroom soup which were delicious. From there it went down hill steak had no flavor but edible. The worst was the mash potatoes omg the horrors. It was like a boiler potato, no salt, no pepper, no cream, and no butter. And the Brussels sprouts were not any better. Such a disappointment especially with a $200+ dinner I expected more.

Wine was very good. Potato fondue a bit too salty for me but tasty. The best part of meal were the garlic biscuits! Steak was very tender, cooked properly but not as hot inside as I’d of liked. Fully loaded potato wasn’t freshly baked, and there was a ton of butter, no sour cream, broccolotini was very tasty but not enough of it. There was too much butter on everything including the steak so I scraped it off. Waiter was a bit rude at first snatching our menus while still trying to order side dishes. Overall it was a nice meal and well cared for by staff.
