Every aspect of this meal was excellent. I had a dry aged strip , my wife had the butterfish. It was all prepared perfectly and our server hit all the marks from recommendations to checking in at key moments. My steak was tender and almost melted in my mouth. All the connective tissue and fat was rendered and rested. A wonderful meal.

Happy hour food, choices and prices were great. Nice cocktails, burger, potato fondue, oysters. Server was great, and service was fast. Will be coming back. Also want to try the steaks to see if this can be our go-to steak restaurant. We just moved here 8m ago!

Amazing steak dinner-everything was perfect. Favorites were the calamari and the desserts: chocolate cake, lemon and strawberry mouse and the cream cheese pie with warm fresh peaches.

I thought the server size, from entries to appetizers were incredibly small compared to every other steak house. I don't think I've had a bone in ribeye so thin before.its marketed as a 20oz,but it was closer to 16 or less. The appetizers were marketed for 2 or more people when in actuality they are fine for just one person. The ribeye was overcooked. When I told the server, he just ignored the comment. Water served is just tap water,,,not filtered. My wife liked her scallop dish....but it was small. First time she was still hungry after dinner. I guess when you're the only steak house in town, you can get away with this

Had the prime rib very good tender, had baked potato ,fantastic. My friend had rib eye and she also said it was fantastic along with salad great meals. Very full so we did not have desert

We dined almost twice @ Stark's on a gift card that we were given. Our first time, food and service were very good, although a bit pricey (if we had had to pay). Second time, we had a different server, also good but the salads we both ordered (Warm spinach salad with steak & Wedge salad with added shrimp) were lackluster. My husband didn't like the flavor in the spinach salad and felt that the one he has eaten @ Monti's is better. I liked the wedge salad okay but the added shrimp really tasted like an add on and overall, I have had better. The bread they serve is almost as good as Willi's skillet bread but it does not cost.

We shared the bone marrow, Hawaiian bacon, Japanese A-5 Wagyu, Prime Ribeye, creamed corn, broccolini, loaded baked potato, and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delightful. The green peppercorn sauce was very tasty and complimented the steak very well.
My husband and I enjoyed our 15th wedding anniversary celebration here. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic. Definitely recommended for a romantic dinner for two.

STARKS Never disappoints! Once again, our meal was a home run! Not only is the food amazing but the environment and service are top notch! This time around, we ordered the fillet mignon and the 'chicken on a brick.' BOTH WERE amazing!!! It's an art to be able to make chicken taste so good! and the filet... well... that goes beyond saying! We also ordered the cream of spinach and the macaroni and cheese, which went perfectly with the meal. The only thing that I wouldn't order again was the kale salad... although the flavor was good, it was a bit tough... it could have used a tad more blanching or shocking to soften it. As appetizers, we ordered the french fries (which might sound... meh... but they are not!) and the tamarind prawn skewers - these were yummy.... but I would have ordered 1 order per person as it comes with only 3 prawns (and they are so good that I would have gladly eaten them all!). Leave some room for the chocolate dessert and for a bit of Madeira! Both of them make a lovely combination! One more thing... Leo was our waiter and he was amazing! He suggested a delicious wine (Luigi Ferrando)... which was a light red, with light oakiness, and what to me was notes of plum, herbs, and flowers. Check it out!

Great happy hour drinks and the dinner was awesome. Prime rib, filet mignon, mashed potatoes and cream corn. All fabulous! Our wait staff was above and beyond. Thank you!

Our reservation was for 5 PM so that we could go to happy hour before. Happy hour is amazing at Starks, come early !  We were celebrating our sons birthday, and they were kind enough to mention it throughout the meal. From the amazing martinis and oysters during happy hour to the amazing tomahawk steak for dinner, they have it all!
