Prices are good during happy hour—though the portions are definitely on the tiny side. Still, it’s a fun spot with a lively atmosphere. Just a heads-up: the bar gets super busy starting around 4:30 PM, so plan ahead if you want a seat!

Overall the meal was good, but not as good as it's been in the past. My table ages were happy with their entrees, (salmon, prime rib and the prime ribeye) but I got the Prime Sirloin, and even though I know it's not a filet, I at least expected it to be good. It was tough, grisly and without the bernaise sauce I got, not very flavorful. The sides were all good. We got the cauliflower Gruyère, truffle fries and the 4 cheese mac-n-cheese. Ordered a dessert to split, but never got it as the waiter handed us the check. Luckily he did not have it on the bill. Also, it was much louder than I had experienced in the past. I would give it 3.5 ⭐️ overall.

This is the place where we judge all other steak houses. The calamari was amazing, only calamari I've had where you don't need a dipping sauce. The steaks were cooked to perfection.

Disappointed, We have been to Starks before had had an very good meal. It was my wife's birthday so we had friends from out of town and had a table of 6, 5:30 reservations. Cocktails in the bar before-Great. Seated on time -Great. Appetizer's- Great Our server Leo -Not so Great. Ordered wine with the appetizer, and had to wave down Leo(server) once our main course was delivered to ask for the wine. another 5-10 minutes before the wine was presented. My friend and I both ordered the Prime Bone In Ribeye 20oz - In House 28 Day Dry Aged. Hers was ordered Rare and I ordered my Blue and dry. My friends steak came out Perfectly(a beautiful steak, thick(over an inch) and cooked to perfection) mine on the other hand was a thin piece of meat(1/2 inch) that had been flashed with some kind or liquid(Not Dry) and over cooked. These two steaks looked completely different My wife wanted me to return the steak but the rest of the table was already eating and i didn't want them to wait for me. Leo never returned to pour the wine after the initial pour. Everybody else at the table had a very good meal.

Late lunch at Stark's is the best! After the lunch rush and before the very popular Happy Hour. Calm, quiet, efficient. I've been lucky to have Kaleigh aka KP as my server on several occasions. She's thoughtful, gracious, friendly and I'm always glad to see her coming toward my table. Then, I discovered that Hayley (sp), the bartender, makes the BEST dirty vodka martinis! She's in a tie with my previous #1 martini. I love having two #1's. The Caesar salad and rib eye were as tasty as always. As my meal came to a close, I was approached by Sergio, the host. We had a warm conversation about my experience with Stark's today. I had lots to say. Along with quality food, I enjoyed the positive energy of 3 of the people who make the restaurant outstanding.

I had an extremely disappointing Father's Day dinner. Thought I would splurge for a prime ribeye. I barely could cut it, it was so tough. The only saving grace was the manager didn't charge me $70 for something Sizzler wouldn't serve. The bad food experience was accompanied by terrible service. Wish I would have picked anywhere else.

Food snd service great as always. A little too long between courses. Filet snd salmon were the entrees of choice and were cooked perfectly. Ordered our favorite warm spinach salad to share which was a bit different and not ss we remember. Don't think it ever had onions in it before. Please change it back !

This is a favorite special occasion dinner for me. I am a fan of the Caesar Salad with Steak and although it has changed a little over the years its often very good and was last night. Quite big and I asked for 'light dressing' and it was perfect for me. I was disappointed in the Tamarind Prawns which I've had before, but found the sauce much less interesting this time. Always like the broccolini. Best to go with a friend who does NOT count calories (like mine does..) so you can order some of the 'evil' stuff like the Mac n Cheese.
