Girl with glasses was hella rude and wasn't nice at all. Couldn't even cut the sandwich in half, didn't receive napkins or anything. She very clearly hates her job. If you're reading this, quit your job and find something you like

Someone needs to fire everyone and start over. Ordered online two sandwiches, basic with avocado and bacon extra, plus some sauces. We arrived and the person at the counter was INCREDIBLY rude and not interested at all. My husband said we placed an order do you want to see the order that was confirmed online? Do you want my name? Nothing just took the bag off the counter and gave it to my husband without saying anything. Where is the customer service? We get home...the bread on both were hard as rock, no meat on either , no avocado, bacon or anything. No cheese?????? PLEASE, DON'T ORDER ONLINE. This was absolutely the WORST experience and HIDEOUS sandwiches. Do yourself a favor don't BOTHER

This was the worst experience ever with Subway. We got 3 foot long sandwich's. Mine was the new #2 Outlaw. Here's the description, juicy steak, red onions, green peppers, double pepper Jack cheese, and chipotle sauce. All toasted on an Italian loaf of bread. I asked for sliced avocado as an extra on my sandwich. Take a good LQQK at this sandwich. I couldn't eat it, it was so nasty. Tell me how this is supposed to resemble the picture on their site. I called & asked for the manager. Somehow I doubt this was the manager. The girl that answered the phone , Jazzy said she was the manager. After I explained about the sandwich, she said oh well we will try & do better next time. There won't be any next time, & now we are out $40.51. My husband said his sandwich was missing stuff & tasted awful.

lisette made my day today. My grandmother just passed yesterday, and i have kids. it's been a incredibly stressful day. I went in to grab lunch. she efficiently and effortlessly served 5 people. there is never a line in there! So I was a little anxious on how long it was gunna take. She was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Great asset to your team.

Disappointed more and more with each visit 2 thin skimpy sandwiches 2 drinks 2 bags of chips around $35 give me a break. what happened to $5 footlongs and why was my bread stale and crispy hard when they make it fresh in house ? I could go on it's gotten so bad they should pay me to eat there

This subway constantly disappoints me. They close earlier then the time posted online/store door.Today my boyfriend mobile ordered a sandwhich. Went to pick it up. Went back to his job to eat his sandwhich only to he disappointed with a different sandwhich that he did not order. Did not have enough time to go back and get the right sandwhich. He ate nothing for his lunch (he does not like roast beef and that's what was on the sandwhich) ?

The main lady that works there is great. She remembers my white bread, extra tuna, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato and pickle sandwiches every time.

I walk in and immediately the worker says what do you want. I ask her how she was and her response was what can I get for you in a very rude tone. I walked out and said thank you. Never again at this location. The service is beyond horrible.11/27/2021 4pm.

theres an old lady named katrina that talks bad about all the employees and it's so unprofessional. She is very slow and too personal. I will not be coming back here until shes gone

This location won't give you a fountain drink, and hasn't for a long time, even though there's nothing wrong with the soda fountain. So frustrating! Check your mobile orders when you pick them up, I've ordered a 40oz drink and been given a 20oz bottle as a substitute, they'll try to short you. They do the same with sandwich add-ons, often. Choose another Subway!

I've been to this Subway a few times and generally and satisfied with it. But yesterday I went in with their latest coupon for a footlong sub, and was told they won't honor it for a hot pastrami sub. Nothing in the coupon or the flyer it was part of said anything about it. Walked out without ordering. Don't know whether it was just this restaurant or other Subways in my area. So in general I like the Subways and I like this Subway but I just wanted to grip about this experience. Will have to try a different Subway to see if they will honor the coupon.

The girl behind the counter was by herself and didnt have change to give back to patrens. We tried to help her but ignored us so we left. She called her manager, he told her to go next door and get chage from star bucks. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly staff, great sandwiches, inside is always clean and tidy. Only downside is it is always packed and understaffed. Wait time is a always a bit on the long side.
