I had one of the worst sandwich experiences of my life at this Subway. I specifically asked for a small size sandwich, but they gave me a large one instead. As a full-time Uber driver, I couldn’t keep half of it in my car — it would go bad and make the whole car smell. I ended up throwing it away, which was both wasteful and frustrating.

I also asked for the sandwich to be toasted, but it wasn’t. On top of that, I mentioned I’d place an order and then use the restroom — only to find out their restroom was out of order and completely unusable. That was really inconvenient and inconsiderate.

This place failed on all fronts: poor service, wrong order, and lack of basic facilities. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered a sandwhich, the girl behind the counter picked her nose, gutted out the bread, threw away the part she gutted out and continued to make the sandwhich. When I asked what she was doing, she said she didnt know. I said I didnt want the sandwhich now. She put the bread back into the bread case for the next sandwhich.. never washed their hands. This place is nasty.

Closes at 830pm...was there 745pm and said he was closed. The other day he did not want to go to back and open new bag of lettuce 5pm.Will never return.

I ordered a 12 inch and a kids meal. The guy working the counter didn’t seem to understand anything I ordered and I had to keep repeating myself over and over to get the order in. When I got the order paid, I was charged for a kids meal but he only gave the sandwich. When I explained that the kids meal comes with the “mini-sub”, applesauce and a drink, he kept saying “no” and pointing to the additional cost for apple sauce and drink. (Even though that is listed as individual items only) I kept reiterating that this is a kids meal and pointed out that the sign clearly shows it’s included and he just refused.Complete waste of my time and money. And I thought subway was trying to get better with their new menu.
