Subway is the best sandwich place, no matter the location, all the associates have a good attitude and make the best subs.

This is the Subway Sandwich shop located near Airport Blvd & the Hwy 101 ramps in North Santa Rosa. It's in a tiny commercial plaza along with a Chevron station and a Starbucks. Nice spot to put a fast food place, right near the freeway and down the street from the Sonoma County Airport.I was at this Subway at around 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The place actually looked closed from the outside, because the tinted glass made the interior look dark. I decided to check it out, and grab a sandwich. I carry a reloaded Subway gift card in my wallet, so whenever I see a Subway I know I can get a favorite sandwich. I've been to over a dozen Subways, and they're not all the same.I was welcomed as soon as I entered. There were two people working, and an older gentleman took my order and made my sandwich. He quickly asked me all the standard questions. While he was making my sandwich, I walked around and took photos of the place. They seemed interested in what I was doing. They suggested I take pictures of their pretty decor. The dining room was very clean and modern. There's a restroom, but I didn't check it out.I ordered the #23 "Hotshot Italiano." As the "sandwich artist" made my sandwich, he made sure he covered all the ingredients and then asked what extras I wanted. Instead of vinaigrette, I asked for mayo and mustard. Also pickles and peppers. The result was a delicious spicy sandwich. Prepared cold, it was a perfect meal for a warm day. If I'm in the area, I will stop again. Nice service and good sandwich.Free parking ----------------------------What's a Sandwich Artist? A sandwich artist is a person who makes sandwiches according to a customer's instructions. Even though Subway has special menu sandwiches, you can still add or remove condiments. It's always better to order in person at a Subway.

Closes at 830pm...was there 745pm and said he was closed. The other day he did not want to go to back and open new bag of lettuce 5pm.Will never return.

I ordered a 12 inch and a kids meal. The guy working the counter didn’t seem to understand anything I ordered and I had to keep repeating myself over and over to get the order in. When I got the order paid, I was charged for a kids meal but he only gave the sandwich. When I explained that the kids meal comes with the “mini-sub”, applesauce and a drink, he kept saying “no” and pointing to the additional cost for apple sauce and drink. (Even though that is listed as individual items only) I kept reiterating that this is a kids meal and pointed out that the sign clearly shows it’s included and he just refused.Complete waste of my time and money. And I thought subway was trying to get better with their new menu.

Worst experience for a sandwich in my 37 years of life ....RUDE staff arguing over coupons like we're all in the same boat and the only chain in my area doesn't accept them and they wore proud to tell me to go somewhere else ....don't waste your hard earned money on these ungrateful franchises

Didn't take official Subway coupons. Coupon was delivered less than a mile from this location. Bad business IMO

Rude owners.! The wife hovers over the workers to make sure they do not put more on the sandwich then the skimpy amount they give you. The husband is super rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never go back there again, the sandwiches are terrible, the service is horrible. Go to Momo's, they are awesome.

Everything is getting more exspensive now but when an owner of a subway does not want to except coupons and does not give a reason why makes me not want to spend my money in that place.

Subway mails out customer added value coupons to generate business however the Subway on Aviation Boulevard in Santa Rosa says they don't accept the coupons. Shameful that the people at the Subway on Aviation Boulevard don't value customers like Subway Corporate and the rest if their locations do. It's no wonder this location is usually empty. Highly recommend another Subway location.

On multiple occasions this location is not open as posted at 7am. This location needs better management of its employees start times to meet the simplest concept of opening on time.

BEWARE! I ordered online, but between the time I left work and the time I got to the sandwich place somehow they canceled my order. I ended up having to wait in a long line, and then they did a crappy job of making my sandwich. Whatever idiot runs this place should get a new job.

The man that was making sandwiches was super nice and the cold cut combo was delicious! The Subway near Shiloh never has cold cut combos or white bread and they charge 6 dollars more at the Shiloh store.I will be coming to this Subway from now on!!
