Got two Thanksgiving festive chicken sandwiches - they were meh... they use hard croutons instead of actual stuffing. The guy that works here barely speaks English - we had to clarify things multiple times because he simply could not understand us. If you want Subway, def don't go to this location unless you want a headache.

Paid for an order via the Subway app on 10/19, showed the lady my online receipt and she refused to make my order because it didn’t go through on her end. DONT ORDER HERE! Was very rude.

I ordered online and went to pick up in store. Pedro was rude and confrontational over my request for a napkin. I guess the cheep brown paper napkins they use are too expensive to keep out by the soda fountain. The place was dirty, probably because Pedro was texting behind the counter.

I went today thinking having my sándwich there but was very hot, I can't imagine how the poor workers (today Andrea) can handle a whole shift there that's insane. I feel so bad for her because she gave a great service no matter the horrible heat in the place. Honestly I hesitate for a second to place my order worried of food safety too. Hopefully the manager or someone can fix that.

First of all who the hell forgets the tomatoes in a BLT!? This is ridiculous! This is the BLT, well BL since they forgot my damn tomatoes lol. It appears that the bacon was heated along with the bread. I was given at least 20 pieces of bacon, which was excessive, and a minimal amount of vegetables. While a bacon lover might appreciate the generous portion, I found it overwhelming. Unfortunately, this establishment fell short of my expectations. In comparison, the Subway near Stony Point Road by the dog groomers provides an atmosphere and food experience. This particular Subway location and other ones requires significant improvement.

Ordered take out via the app, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I returned the next day, they refused to do anything for wasting my time. They offered either a refund or the same sandwich. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location

Do NOT go to this Subway. They cover meat because they do NOT want the customers to see how they short the portion. I've been ordering the same sandwich for years and usually the deli meat is not spread and flattened but folded and overlaps. I mean deli sliced is thin and not meant as a slice but sliced folded and layers.

Pathetically small amount of terrible quality food for astronomical gouge price.
Only reason I go ever is once a year I get a coupon for 3 ‘foot longs’ for $20. They’re pathetically small, even worse than last year somehow. The fact that what I paid $21.84 for would normally be $45+ is absolutely mind blowing.
I noticed they now even block the first section of the counter where they put meat on so it’s harder to see the pitiful amount they’re adding. I never was allowed to see my sandwiches until after cheese and toaster.

The other day when I was here it honestly was such a weird experience it was fine in the most part, the young lady with the red hair always makes my order perfect and always doubles checks on a customization i ask for, and always does it with a smile, superb costumer service. The manager though, or the older lady but I’m pretty sure it’s the manager was super snarky with me and seemed disgruntled, when she went to ring me up she tried to charge me for a combo meal even though I stated multiple times I didn’t want it and gave me the weirdest side eye when I went to eat my sandwich inside. But besides that and the place being super understaffed during rush hour the place is pretty clean and taken care of!

I walked in at 9:10 a.m. both online and on their front door said they opened at 8:00 a.m. But when I walked in the employee told me they were not ready yet as she still had to pull everything out from the back (protiens and veggies and who knows what else) it was inconvenient since u had to get going for work and couldn't wait around. But they should have already been ready to operate over an hour before I arrived.
If I could rate this a zero I would. I hope she doesn't whipe her a** the way she makes sandwiches.... the short petite lady..

The worst service I've ever encountered at a fast food place. The people who work here either don't speak any English which makes it really difficult ordering or they act like YOU, the customer, are intruding their time and have horrible attitudes. Just be better people.

Lady working 10/22/2023 at the counter has a very poor attitude. Her energy was so off putting we didn’t even finish ordering. Just left and went next door.
