I walked in at 9:10 a.m. both online and on their front door said they opened at 8:00 a.m. But when I walked in the employee told me they were not ready yet as she still had to pull everything out from the back (protiens and veggies and who knows what else) it was inconvenient since u had to get going for work and couldn't wait around. But they should have already been ready to operate over an hour before I arrived.

The worst service I've ever encountered at a fast food place. The people who work here either don't speak any English which makes it really difficult ordering or they act like YOU, the customer, are intruding their time and have horrible attitudes. Just be better people.

I came with my wife and we been try to order something behind the counter lady she is so aggressive and nasty she is so annoying and she is ready fight and explore table s are dirty messy floor all over food and nasty l will never ever go this

The food was precisely what you’d expect at a Subway (meant in a good way), and the staff was incredibly nice. The owner is especially kind and welcoming.

The hours on the door shows this Subway opens at 8am. I walked in at 8:15 yesterday morning and they told me they weren't open yet. Why unlock the door if they're not open and have hours that say they are.

This is a first. I just can't allow people to be so rude and purposefully unfriendly to my 8 year old. This young lady at appx. 8 pm on Sunday was busy writing sometime when we entered. She ignored us for a minute. Then when i asked her about kids meals she acted like i was stupid. She literally made my kid so uncomfy when he sweetly tried to order a simple sandwich. He then asked if he got a cookie with the meal like he did in utah. She said as if he was a jerk to ask her that computer will tell her. Then he realized it wasn't warmed up. She said he had to ask her before she wrapped it. Mind you nobody is here. Lastly she says chocolate milk or apple sauce. I said a juice please. She said out of juice. I asked for a small cup of soda. That is a separate item charge. My kid then starts to get all s as sad. He and i laughed when i whispered that she was so rude. More i sat here the more i realized how bad she was. And are a local business owner myself, i needed to find a way to make sure she is either trained again, or fired.

I normally don't do reviews especially bad ones but I decided to be a karen today because this was just really bad. Lady at the counter was working alone during lunch time but there was only one other customer and it was a Saturday. I ordered through the app earlier on and just came to pick up. I specifically put in my notes that I wanted my sandwich cut into three 3 pieces in ALL CAPS because they didn't see the note last time at a different location. She didn't and it was cut into two but I said it was fine since I was in a rush. I paid for extra cheese, there was no cheese at all. I said no tomatoes, there were tomatoes; no problem with me but imagine someone with an allergy to something asked for a similar thing. But I was hungry, I was already far from the shop and at work. Halfway through the first half of the sandwich and I realize there was not a single sauce when I had ordered 3 different ones (I know overkill but I like what I like). There were also no jalapeños nor banana peppers. I just don't understand how any of this happens when she has the ingredients and my instructions in front of her printed out.

This is the worst subway in Santa Rosa there only 3 different workers and two of them work with earphones in … i asked her 3 times for the same sandwich her music was to loud to hear she grabbed her phone outta her pocket to press pause with her gloves on and wanted to make my sandwich after she also didn’t answer my 3calls before I came in I tried to order ahead thank god I didn’t this place needs help

Rating is for the girl working alone at 12:30 on a Monday. Despite the line and being alone she managed to flawlessly keep a production line of sandwiches going while checking people out and keeping a smile on her face. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough. The sandwich was a normal subway sandwich, everything was fresh and it tasted as expected.
