The woman who served us was rude. She got the sauce wrong on one of the sandwiches and instead of remaking the sandwich, she tried to scrape off the vinaigrette. Also tried to argue that's all she could do.

Don't even bother with trying to do an online order, they don't make it until you get there. Said it was "ready" on the app over 10 minutes before I actually got it. Watched her make them since I was there and it was terrible. Each sandwich I had to point out something wrong. Completely just smashed the crap out of the bread when she cut them. I guess you really should pay attention to why this location gets such terrible reviews.

This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to! You have 1 job.... Make sandwiches... The sandwiches are slopped together quickly and are garbage to eat! One full bite of olives then a full bite of meat only. Make a decent sandwich or quit your job. You should be fired. I went to this subway about a year ago, same woman, same crap sandwich, figured she would have been gone by now, can't believe people eat there while she still works there!

Delicious roast beef combinational vegetables with sriracha sauce and jack cheese.Vegetarian options: All good !Kid-friendliness: Great for children.Parking: Not crowded and parking is spanned so anywhere at any business is occupiable.Wheelchair accessibility: Very regular but possible. Ok is best,has two doors non electric and burdensome for a handicap to self maneuver.Dietary restrictions: All possible.Good fresh vegetables.Menu selectable.Customer sandwiches.

Ordered a Philly pro which I get at least once a week from other locations... service here was terrible the young lady had a bad additude and my sandwich didn't hav enough meat and was still cold in the middle
I've had some good experiences at this Stony Point location but my visit there in the evening on June 24th wasn't one of them. When I get the Subway $5.99 footlong coupons in the mail I like to treat myself. The gal behind the counter that night told me that I couldn't use my coupon on the Supreme Meats sandwich. When I explained that I had done so on several previous visits and asked why it wasn't specified as an exception on the coupon, she said that the owner of that particular location told them that coupons could only be used on the "white" (older) menu, not the new "green" one. That doesn't make sense to me. The other thing that happened, once I placed my order, she cut the sandwich in half at the beginning instead of waiting until it was made and allowing me to say how or if I wanted it cut. The sandwich was good, as usual, but the experience was not. I'll be looking for another location that will honor the coupons as they're written.
