Since when does subway try to limit your toppings? My wife picked up for lunch and she asked for the veg toppings we each like and had to argue with the manager to get some lettuce on a sandwich! What?

The amount of food you pay for here compared to the amount they give you is awful. I used to order food from the one over by Starbucks and the food presentation was so much better. I ordered a salad and paid $10 for us and this is what I got. I could have made this better at my house if I had time on my lunch break. I will never be back.

I got snapped at for trying to look over the 4ft barricade of tables at the toppings that they have. I'm sick of this COVID excuse to treat people like garbage, but apparently the owner/operator of this location enjoys using it as a means to belittle patrons and speak rudely to people. On top of that I have never had such stingy portions of vegetables - this sandwich doesn't even taste like Subway because of how skimpy this establishment is with their produce. She had no problem trying to upsell me for bacon and chips though. This place sucks. I almost walked out when she snapped at me, and then I got legit agitated when she sprinkled three little slices of bell pepper on my sando and called it good. I will never be back and I recommend that nobody patronize this particular establishment. I would also suggest that Subway strip this owner of their franchise rights as the product they create is subpar for the standards of Subway. I should have walked out. Your irrational fear of 'COVID 19' is not an excuse to trample on the rights and dignity of other people. That goes for all of you.

This subway is always undermanned. I use the app and show up 15 minutes late than the no later time, i still end up waiting in line for them to make it. Food taste fine. I have seen them be rude to people who complained about them not having orders ready on time. They always make excuses. I think they are undermay because they are cheap not because of COVID. They always make sure that you really had a discount. The owner acted like my free cookie came out of her pocket that Subway gave for my birthday. This place is close to work and I like subway but every time I come i tell myself that I just need to go farther for lunch.

This is a very good Subway and the woman working has a heart of gold! Glad I stopped in for a quick sandwich.

This place is the worst. Always getting online orders wrong. Went into store and asked for mayo. Worker put 3/4 of one line of mayo on the sandwich. Asked for a little more. Continued to put 10 lines of mayo on sandwich. Absolute garbage.

Good and all but they don’t open at exact time I waited like 20 minutes for them to open but they didn’t

Apparently this location likes to close up early, can't imagine how much business they lose being right next to Starbucks and 7eleven. I arrived just before 830 with two groups of younger guys on foot, a car parked next to me who must have also just come off the 101. The gal promptly killed the lights, locked the door and walked out a few minutes later. The signage said they were open until 9, most other subways stay open til 10, some 24 hours. Oh well. The young guys went to McDonald's and I went elsewhere. Would like to try them again someday when they're open!

I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldn't stop. The service was friendly and observant. The bill won't break you.
Female Mexican staff made sandwich extremely poorly. Didn't put what I asked. When I complained and ask her to remake it with the right stuff she started whispering in Spanish. As I am bilingual I understood she was cussing me out. Then, she wouldn't accept my coupon. After refusing my coupon I asked for my money back and she further cussed me out in Spanish and argued with me in English to try to not give me my money back. Horrible service and encounter and we'll never be visiting here again. About the owner of that company I would fire that staff member.

The time to open says 7am. I have been there twice at 7:45am and the girl is barely unlocking the doors to let me in and has me waiting around to set up. Today, I go again at 7:38am and I try to open the door and the girl is giving me signs that they open until 8am when the sign right next to the door says 7am. Super annoyed!!!! I would really appreciate if someone could check up on the opening and closing times.

online and the sign outside of the store says they close at 9 pm but are closed at 7:30pm. absolutely disappointed. they should at least update their hours with the public.
