Bought a large to split into two cups, they charged an extra .75 cents, but the two cups were HALF WAY FULL. way less than an actual large. The blender still had a good amount but the girl just dumped it rather than putting it in the cup. The drinks were watered down and had absolutely no flavor. Terrible customer service and so disappointed because I used to go here when I was younger, but now they're very stingy

I'm not from this area but I was exited to see a Surf City Squeeze, we always get a Strawberry Banana smoothie. Ordered 2 large, $9.99 each, long line as it's Black Friday so no biggie it went by fast. I get my smoothies and as I watched the girl make it she had the blender stuffed to the top with ice. I tasted one and it was fine, the second one tasted like straight blended ice and very watered down. I let one of the girls know, she just looks at me and I'm like excuse me this is watered down unlike the other smoothie. She's like okay.. give it back and pours it in the blender and adds strawberry.. I knew it was going to be tart now because she didn't add more banana. It was.. I said excuse me it's really tart now. She rolled her eyes, I told my husband, here you handle this because I need to excuse myself. She was talking ish under her breath. At the end of the day, I paid roughly $10 for a smoothie that I really do enjoy and it should've been made right that's all.

Ordered a smoothie, didn't taste too good. I let them know and nothing was offered to be done. The man was just standing there and not offering anything to be done. I work in the restaurant business and know damn well I would have offered a refund or a new drink.

I pass by the mall twice a day and there is always a line of people for this business. they are super clean. their products are fresh. i asked a couple of customers about what they like the most about this place. the response was " good quality products " shop there

My smoothie ended up being delicious but I nearly cancelled my order because the gentleman working was so rude. Will look elsewhere next time I need a quick lunch on the go.
Horrible experience. My wife, who was having a horrible day, bought a Diet Coke right next to this place at a vending machine. Much to her dismay, the Diet Coke was warm, so warm. No big deal she thought, because she could just go to surf city and get up cup of ice. You can imagine how surprised she was when the young gentleman working behind the counter refused her the simple kindness of a cup of ice. Always looking after the fat cats profits.

Been coming here for 15 years & always loved their drinks. Now they use fake milk & when you order a large they put the same amount as their mediums & add a ton of ice to make it a large. Not only that but their customer service is horrible now especially with their new workers that don't know how to do anything right but be rude. Gross.

Horrible first time! Their boba is low quality and tastes weird, when I tried to get a refund the guy running the place looked really mad and didn't even give me my money back. They gave me a smoothie in exchange and that tasted bad to.

It's delicious! My favorite is the Coconut-Pineapple with extra Boba. I am disappointed that they have raised their prices so much. Also, their attitude is not the best, anyhow the drinks are amazing.
