Hands down the best sushi in Sonoma County. I came here with my daughter after school—we had some appetizers and a few rolls, and everything was fresh and delicious. The robot delivering food to our table was a fun touch, and the service was on point—respectful and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great spot!

Terrible service and even worse food. Unfriendly staff and honestly the worst sushi I’ve had in a long time. Came in and didn’t even get greeted for almost 10 minutes when there were only two other tables in the entire restaurant with people eating. I actually had to ask if we had a waiter. No apology, no intro, just cold and rude. The waitstaff didn’t check on us a single time during our meal. I got a roll with soft shell crab that seemed like it had been sitting all day. Was terrible. I would NEVER spend a dime here ever again. I genuinely can’t believe this place has good reviews.

Hands down worst service and sushi we have ever had. No one greeted us or took our drink order after being seated. We had to ask the host if we had a waiter. After 10 minutes our waiter came over and asked us what we wanted. No greeting, no apology nothing. Honestly just very odd. Food was not good. Mediocre sushi at best. We asked for recommendations at he couldn’t tell us one thing. Would never come back.

I was passing through Santa Rosa on my way to a meeting and I found Sushi Rosa in the downtown area. I had the sashimi salad and it exceeded my expectations. They use a combination of salad dressings for an outstanding fusion of flavor. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I met Jerry---the robot which delivers your entrée. It was totally cool. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Sushi Rosa. Enjoy!
I admit I was disappointed by sushirosa. From the blasting rock music to the hard cold sushi rice. The soft shell crab just tasted like a bunch of fried dough. Skimped on fish...lots of rice. for a 40.00 lunch. not a 4.7 star restaurant

Another "Japanese" restaurant that serves food that vaguely resembles Japanese food. The rice in my roll was mushy and the flavors were muddy. They offer two ramen choices, both listed as being Korean ramen. The broth was thin, nothing resembling a rich shoyu or tonkotsu broth.
Fairly expensive.
Tables are served by a small robot which rolls up to the table and instructs the diners to take their food.
Not dreadful but no particular reason to return.

This humdrum sushi joint in backwoods CA has awful quality and worse service. The amebi shrimp were bitter from sitting in the freezer and the tuna had the aftertaste of Pine Sol and bleach. Service took forever and had no idea what was available as orders were taken then cancelled due to insufficient stock.
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Long waits and stale dishes led to kids getting upset.
