I admit I was disappointed by sushirosa. From the blasting rock music to the hard cold sushi rice. The soft shell crab just tasted like a bunch of fried dough. Skimped on fish...lots of rice. for a 40.00 lunch. not a 4.7 star restaurant
Another "Japanese" restaurant that serves food that vaguely resembles Japanese food. The rice in my roll was mushy and the flavors were muddy. They offer two ramen choices, both listed as being Korean ramen. The broth was thin, nothing resembling a rich shoyu or tonkotsu broth.
Fairly expensive.
Tables are served by a small robot which rolls up to the table and instructs the diners to take their food.

They use a combination of salad dressings for an outstanding fusion of flavor. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I met Jerry---the robot which delivers your entrée. It was totally cool.
The service was excellent. I highly recommend Sushi Rosa. Enjoy!
