Ordered the loaded nacho fries and received an extremely small portion with 2 jalapeños and no meat as advertised. Genuinely one of the most disappointing dinners ive had the misfortune of opening. Please train your crew better, at least have them serve the basic portions of food. Lost my business after this.

If I could give it 0 stars I would $20 wasted how was it made “fresh” if everything was cold! Cheese wasn’t melted on anything tacos were cold to the touch stuck to the wrappers and wet with condensation I live less than 5 minutes away from here and I went through the drive thru we opened up our bag of food as soon as we walked in the door everything ice cold. This location needs a completely new staff !! Or better management

This specific Taco Bell location is frustrating. Giving them a chance multiple times over many months, they almost always get my order wrong, or serve very cold and tasteless food. A month ago, I ordered 10 combo boxes for an office meeting (a box per staff member) and they didn’t organize the items into boxes but instead threw 50+ items in bags completely disorganized, so I had to take 15 minutes of the office meeting organizing burritos and tacos, which were also all mislabeled. Not fun considering there was ONE order that was vegetarian that I had to hunt down! Also I had chosen a pick-up time for the large order and the food was not ready until 20 mins after the pick-up time. Last week, all supreme items lacked sour cream. Today, the nacho fries coming out the drive thru were cold and limp and the cheesy double beef burrito had maybe one bite with beef in it. Definitely a quality control issue at this location. I really never leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to for this location and am rooting for management to improve their standards.
