Taco Bell Santa Rosa is scamming people and double charging. The manager refused to give me my food after I clearly paid and showed the Taco Bell charges. The manger told me I had to pay twice in order to get what I ordered since on their end the payment didn’t show on their end. I showed him my bank statement that they did charge me. This has been a on going issue with cards even at Carls Jr in Rohnert Park! Who owns these branches???

We went to this Taco Bell for dinner on 10/15 and the young man at the window was so attentive, kind, and patient. He made all of our night, just truly a kid that values people and is kind for the sake of being kind. We ordered a lot too! Deserves a raise.

THIS WAS TERRIBLE. I spent 45 mins in the bathroom because of their bean burritos. (Beans make me gassy😬). the bathrook had ugly decoration, a shower, and a poopy tampon left on the floor. when i was leaving, i syepped on the tampim. it got all over my shoe and i asked the workers for help. they wouldnt do ANYTHING to help me but a mans dog helped lick it off.(he loves tampons). Next i peed my pants from how many baja blasts i ordereded. DO NOT COME HERE!
Why is my 5-Layer burrito watered down?? It's disgusting!! And my Chicken Cartina Bowl wasn't good either and it was only half full!! I paid $16 for what exact?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is the first time in my life, that I’ve been to a Taco Bell where the food that was given to me, looks exactly like the food in the pictures. I ordered an $8 box and everything was perfection and it tasted just like it looked. My friends ordered different meals and all was perfection! The restaurant was super clean and so was the restroom. This definitely makes me wanna drive for over an hour from San Francisco just to eat here. One more thing… the staff…. WOW!! Super friendly, super helpful and overall the whole vibe was truly a gift. Thank you Santa Rosa Taco Bell, you guys are the best!!

the place was messy the order was wrong i ordered 2 tacos 2 bean and cheese burritos and to crunch tacos got ripped off for the tacos tried to call and you cant call unless you know the code to leave a message this place is terrible food was cold when i got it and the only thing good was the kind voice that took my order. but he was kind of slow because he didn't even check to see if the order was all there
This comment is for the franchise owner. Your employees that work at 1am are ripping you off and are making you lose money. Your hours say open until 3am and I got there at 1:50 am and they have the automated voice that says you are closed when that is false. Your employees aren’t worth 20 bucks an hour. Either fire them or change your hours from google to close at 2 am. Come on now at my factory you work until the very last minute and clean throughout the entire shift. If they can’t do that then they are lazy. I’m for sure not coming back. I’m okay with this place going bankrupt like the other fast food joints. If I were you I’d move down south and open a franchise there because these workers ain’t worth 20 an hour.

The girl working drive-thru was extremely nice. She got my order correct. The taco was hot like it was supposed to be. Proper amount of everything.

The food was as expected from any typical TB. What stood out to me or I happened to notice, was that the MGR had escorted a few employees at shift end, outside to ensure their safety to their vehicles!!! KUDOS ??
