my friends and i came the day before christmas eve around 7, it was super busy and there were a lot of customers. there was one lady handling the whole situation, communicating with the customers by letting them know that their food is on the way. she should honestly get a raise!! and the music was good :)

Flat empty crunch wraps when extra was payed for. Everytime. When I order Taco Bell I pay for extra nacho cheese and e v e r y time wiiiithouuuut fail this location will charge you and not give it to you. Y'all owe me like $10 at this point Also dry stale reheated fries. Ew. Not edible

The crunchwrap supreme was so thin, it looked like they forgot to add everything that's supposed to go inside. It was so disappointing. It made it really easy to promise to myself to never go back to taco bell again. 🤦🏻♀️ And they use AI to take orders. It feels disingenuous and weird talking to a bot. I didn't go inside, so I have no idea what that vibe is like.

The female at the drive thru had the worse attitude, very disgusting face expression was there on 03/11/2025 in the afternoon. Gave my food to me like it was just a piece of trash. If they are going to have a person like that at taking order and giving bad attitude, who would want to go back. Only reason why I give it one star, they need to fix her attitude or hire better people.
