It's a taco bell. They have AI for the ordering at the drive thru. The ai was very loud but efficient. The food was correct and the human employees were friendly.

We went to Taco Bell tonight around 7:30pm and the young lady working the window was one of the kindest food service employees. She was so friendly, attentive, and smiley! Just wanted to say she made our day!
The food portions are so disappointing now. The brand new Street Chalupas were the last straw, literally done in 2 bites. The cheez- it Crunchwrap isn’t even crunchy. It gets soggy in 10 seconds, defeating the purpose.
Wish I could rate this negative experience. -4 Worse TB ever! Ordered 4 crunchy tacos, cheese quesadilla, cheesy bean and rice burrito and a new chicken taco. All items were inedible and made incorrectly. 4 chrunchy tacos, maybe 5 shreds of cheese on each, tasteless burger, lettuce and shells that were pieced together, (different colors) and all shells cracked with no bottoms. They were wrapped nicely though, but flattened beyond recognition. The new chicken taco had been pressed in grease, and insides revealed 6 cubes of, I think was chicken, something red and made me cringe, and I couldn’t identify what the green was or might have been. Gross! Cheesy bean & rice burrito had no flavor, substituted spicy, cheesy sauce with nacho dip, sticky rice and extremely dry beans. Even with adding salsa on all items, we were unable to eat. Quesadilla had cheese, but zero “spicy” Baja sauce. Two employees doing everything from trying to take my order (didn’t get it, so I had to repeat order at the window and then total had doubled and had to create two orders???). Same lady at taking drive through orders, operating cash register and bringing out orders to at least three of us in cars that were asked to go around front to bring our order(S) out. Poor girl. She hasn’t been trained properly and overworked. Close already! In 12 years, never had anything but great food from this location. So much for a family dinner to bring home. I pray we don’t get food poisoning. Seriously.

Had been several months since I got Taco Bell. It really hit the spot! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Beef and chicken were surprisingly tasty. Staff was kind and service was quick enough. Chalupa shell tasted freshly fried, portions were good.
