We went to Taco Bell tonight around 7:30pm and the young lady working the window was one of the kindest food service employees. She was so friendly, attentive, and smiley! Just wanted to say she made our day!
Had been several months since I got Taco Bell. It really hit the spot! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Beef and chicken were surprisingly tasty. Staff was kind and service was quick enough. Chalupa shell tasted freshly fried, portions were good.
To be honest, this Taco Bell has gone down hill. I'm very sorry to say this restaurant once had a lively vibe. Now no one even takes your order. Also my cinnamon rolls were not cooked to order, they had been sitting for hours, I went through the drive through and had to park, get out and go backInto the restaurant, I was kinda shocked, that there is NO longer someone to take your only kiosks. I had to ask 3 times if they could re-cook my cinnamon bons. And just one more thing....
