This is gonna be the first Taqueria. I've been to in a very long time that mixes their ingredients for your burrito before wrapping it in a tortilla. This ensured that each bite had equal portions consistent flavor etc. not sure if this is a regular thing for these guys but mine was mixed up and tasted very good consistently throughout the burrito.

I should have asked for my receipt. A taco salad, soda can and chips was $20+ tip. The only salad part was lettuce. I requested grilled chicken and got something like beef, maybe? Tiny bits of overcooked stuff. Very generous portion but awfully bland and nothing to make a salad except a bit of lettuce. Disappointing.

I ordered an al pastor Super Burrito. The cashier was nice. The authentic music was also nice. But I'm pretty sure I received a basic burrito. No avocado, no lettuce and no choice of black beans I'm not sure what was super about this burrito but the pork tasted good - although it was very fatty - and I did need to spit pieces out.

this taco truck has one of the best burritos i’ve had in santa rosa. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the only thing holding me back is the customer service. Everytime I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food. It keeps me from going to order food when I see the same lady at the front :(

We have been meaning to try el mantecas because there really isn't any good Mexican food in town and we were hopeful. Well it didn't disappoint! I guess with a name like "El Mantecas" i should've known I had 1 Al pastor, 1 asada & 1 chorizo and all were bomb. The Al pastor was delicious and juicy, the asada was very flavorful and chorizo had the right flavor. If you are a true fan of chorizo you know what I'm talking about, most places don't have the right balance if spices and are a bit off and feel heavy. This chorizo was spot on with spices!Salsas are also a big win. Best salsas I've had in a while. I liked them all but the orange one was my favorite for sure!
