I ordered groceries through Amazon; however, when delivered there were quite a number of items missing, so I called the store at Coddington, Santa Rosa, CA, three miles from where I live, and where my order was supposed to have been filled. After putting me on hold and transferring me they informed me that they couldn't help me with my order, and that I would have to contact Amazon customer services to get my missing items. You first of all have to speak with a moronic computer generated voice that has to send a text to your phone to verify that it is you, but cannot help you, gives you irrelevant information, and then announces that it has helped you. It then asks if there is anything else that it can help you with, and so I said "Live Person!!"loudly and repeatedly. After being put on hold and forced to listen to some "happy music," I was then able to speak to a very pleasant and helpful person - apparently in India! - who then sent me an email with a link that I had to copy and paste in my browser that took me to an Amazon site where I had to click a button to prove that it was me. She then took from me the list of undelivered items and informed me that they could be delivered later that day (We'll see). My complaint isn't so much that Wholefoods and Amazon couldn't just get the simple order right in the first place as much as the stupid, inefficient, mind numbing bureaucracy that you have to go through to get it put right, wasting not only the customer's time but Amazon's, too, and, in the process, earning it a bad review.

Satisfying and savory with great prices and service. Very cozy and unobtrusive. Will recommend

Awful 2 registers open and lines all the way down the isles. This is place use to be great and I would go 1-2 times a day. Every since Amazon took over it sucks. They've completely lost the friendly neighborhood feel it use to have. I will say the employees are nice and helpful. Upper management is clearly doing a terrible job with staffing.

I've purchased 3 cantaloupes in the past week and all 3 were absolutely terrible. Unripe tasteless mush. I think most people just throw them away which is a rip off and total waste of money and food. STOP SELLING BAD MELONS‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼It's criminal when they cost so much. Someone should be tasting the nasty unripened melons prior to put them out for the unsuspecting public. People don't have the time to return bad produce. As far as I'm concerned you are stealing from the public. From now on, I will go to Oliver's where they have quality fruit and vegetables at a much more reasonable price. Shame on you!

Well I still shop at Whole Foods but I lament the changes that Jeff made every time I visit. It was so great to have a buffet that was organic! Now almost any of the prepared food you buy is not organic. And be careful in the produce isles because a lot of stuff is non-organic like any Safeway but more expensive? Sure has lost a lot of its luster.

Poor experience ... went in today to get soap... got three pre-packed packages and got three single bars. I placed the individual soaps in a bag from the display. Clerk rang up the three pre-packaged soaps. Then rang up the individual bars as a weighted item. Upon checking my receipt I noticed the error and brought it to the clerks attention, who became annoyed and informed me I used the wrong bag . Instead of taking care of her mistake, She grabbed my receipt and my items and walked toward customer service without a word to me. She tossed my items on the desk and told the CS Clerk they were in the wrong bag to fix it. He proceeded to give me the wrong refund back. At this point I requested a refund for the full amount and was again given the wrong amount. After the third attempt i finally got the right amount of change. Failure: not owning their mistake and not able to do basic math. Oh and did I mention not even an apology. Shame on you Whole Foods.

Big pretty store ... disappointing shopping experience 1) walk in to store really nice avocado display with no clear pricing. After a walk through produce I Did eventually find the display price 3 for $4.50. Then at checkout, even with my prime account entered, Avos were $1.99 each. Guess I am going to costco... 2). Nicely displayed and packaged bulk millet, except the millet is miss priced and miss labeled as quinoa. Millet normally costs is about $1.90 a pound. Quinoa is $6.99. So yeah, Whole Foods is selling millet at quinoa prices . Checked in with an employee on the floor, and he suggested I come back tomorrow... well, my time is valuable to me, come back tomorrow ??? 3) popular supplement/amino acid: citrulline. None in the store . Whole body employee never heard of it . Ok Vitacost online it is. I want to shop at Whole Foods, it's on my way home from work. But Strike 3, right now Whole Foods is OUT!

I am leaving this one star review because I noticed that they changed the buttercream on their eruption chocolate cake. It's sweeter and cheaper quality and I'm im disappointed. I know that Jeff Bezos can afford the good buttercream so don't cheap out and try to charge the same high price.

Neat and clean Whole Foods. It's in the mall that's close to my house, which is super convenient. I have an Amazon Prime membership, so that helps. I don't eat any meat except fish and seafood. It's a great spot for that. Not so big, but I'm just happy to have it around!

I really like this location. Every time I go into the store, everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Sometimes I think they're kind of pricey, but there are some really good baked items like their teo bite cupcakes, two bite macaroons, and I love their Florentine cookies! They have a lot of organic foods and a huge selection of lotions, vitamins, make up etc.

1 star only because of the meat department I have to say I love this place, everything is so fresh and top end groceries, and the employees are so nice and informative. But today I ran into Kyle in the meat department, he was very passive in his rudeness to me, he first laughed at me under his breath when I asked for nice piece of short ribs and then I asked for some sausage and told him what I wanted and grabbed the first of two different kinds and threw the first on the counter then the second threw the second on the counter and just walked away, not asking me if there was anything else. You know i get this a lot in other stores, but when me and the wife go in there and drop no less than 100.00 dollars about 3 times a week I expect some courtesy. If this is his attitude he should not be working there. We love this store. 1 person can ruin it for everyone

Dear Whole Foods Rep, Maybe next time just send the review to whomever you want it seen by, as I basically just had to reiterate exactly what I wrote here which was a waste of time.

This is a much smaller Whole Foods than I'm used to. They don't have as many choices as I'd like. Staff seemed to be a bit confused and not know where items were or if some common items are carried. Parking is easy.
