We enjoyed wine tasting here on the patio. We did not have reservations, but they graciously found a spot for us anyway. They really are a friendly bunch! We bought two bottles of wine. They really focus on Pinos, but I usually prefer Cabernet. Despite that, we'll definitely be back to enjoy a nice glass of wine on the patio. If only we lived closer...

Wonderful experience at Balletto! We were blown away by Debbie who our tasting host. Fantastic atmosphere. She was super knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention how passionate she was about the wines, as evident by her 10+ years of experience. She complements the delicious wine that brought us to visit Balletto in the first place. Needless to say, we quickly signed up as members and looking forward to coming back!

We recently had ten family members visit from out of state. One day, we decided to take the crew wine tasting. One of those stops along the way was Balletto. My wife and I had been here once before with friends, so we were somewhat familiar with the winery. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Debbie (I believe) and our group of 13 was escorted to an indoor tasting area already set up. Debbie was an outstanding hostess/server throughout our journey of sampling their excellent wines. She was very informative and we all learned so much about the winery and wines offered. She also dealt with our crazy group admirably. Bravo!! I do believe this was everyone's favorite stop for the day. I based that on, two of us signed up to become club members. The 2012 Pinot Noir she brought out for us to sample was the clincher. If you want a non-pretentious winery that serves up excellent wine in a casual setting, his is your place. The wines are reasonably priced and the staff is outstanding.

Recently attended a barrel tasting here, and had an exquisite time! The winemakers, owners, and assorted staff were sampling out the wine. We learned we don't know anything about wine but all we need to know is...do you like it? The answer was a resounding yes across the board. Again, because we know nothing about wine, we'd scarfed a bag of flamin' hot cheetos and wasabi almonds on the way to the tasting. As I was nodding and discussing gopher mitigation strategies with the vintners, I couldn't help scribble in the tasting notes how well a $50 bottle of wine pairs with junk food. The staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed, making for an overall great time.

Buyer beware on signing up for membership.we loved this place until we decided to cancel membership/aka wine club. After canceling but still visiting every once in awhile,I happened to notice random charges on my original credit card used for previous membership.what I found out was that the winery took it upon themselves to re instate my membership without any authorization from me to do so.when confronted, they said they tried to call to see if we wanted to rejoin and since they were not able to speak to us after 3 tries the just re activated our account (without my authorization remind you).again, buyer beware

We stopped by at 4pm on Wednesday afternoon and were so fortunate to have DEBBIE as our hostess/ server. So positive, helpful, and informative about the wines and the history of the winery. You could not ask for anyone better-- ask for Debbie! We had a very nice tasting out on the patio. She gave us plenty of time and lots of info. We were given tastings from the regular list and a few extras. We enjoyed most of the wines we tasted and purchased a few bottles. Definitely recommend stopping by Balletto, a family winery, and asking for Debbie. It's a few miles out of the way but definitely worth it. Tasting fee is reasonable and waived with purchase of 2 bottles.

Such a relaxing place to visit. My best friend and I were recommended to check out this wonderful winery. We we're walk-ins and as an industry employee I was impressed by the service provided. We ordered some yummy snacks, the Brie was so good with the pairings. The wine experience was delightful. My personal favorites were their Chardonnay and Zin. I hope to make this trip again and visit soon. Definitely check this place out.

Had a great time wine tasting at Balletto Vineyards today. Our server, Debbie, was so personable, knowledgeable, and fun! She's been working at Balletto for 9 years, and had much to share about the family, the vineyards and the wines, that really enhanced our experience. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to Ellie James singing and playing guitar. If you're in the area, I highly recommend a trip to Balletto Vineyards! Ask for Debbie!

Balletto Winery was our first stop of the day. Balletto has a lengthy history of making award winning wines. The property is quaint, and drew me in right away. The wine tasting experience here was excellent. Our server walked us through Balletto's Estate tasting. We enjoyed tastings the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 Rose of Pinot Noir, and 2020 Russian River Pinot Noir and 2020 Zinfandel. As we toured, the vineyard we also discovering the sustainable methods that Balletto uses to make their wines. I'd like to be back to attend one of their summer events. See my TikTok about the experience: tiktok.com/t/ZTREFDhkp/?…Cheers!

What a great experience we had here! Our wine expert Ian was knowledgeable and personable and engaged in conversation with my crazy family. We all did a tasting and then shared a bottle of rose'. A second bottle made the drive back to LA with me. The atmosphere is exactly what you want at a winery - beautiful, warm and inviting.

Took some out of state visitors here on a recent day of wine tasting. I made a reservation in advance but found we were running late. I emailed and received a prompt response saying we could arrive 30 minutes late. Upon arrival several parties were finishing up and we were greeted and served by Ian. Ian was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to offer wine tastes to suit our individual tastes. I prefer Zinfandel (and they have delicious luxurious tasting zinfandels). My guests preferred white and sweet wines. Ian had something to offer everyone that allowed each of us to enjoy the experience tailored to our palates. I recommend this winery for an array of wines sure to please everyone from the wine connoisseur to the novice. My guests were particularly happy about this winery after reading the family stories on the website.

We tasted five wines, none of which any of the four of us rated higher than a B-.The best of them ran about $45/bottle and was most aptly described as "drinkable."The view sure is nice, though.

Enjoyed the wines and Ian was a great host- let us sample some other wines not on the tasting menu and enjoyable to talk with as we partook. Pinot noir was great in particular. Noticed a LOT of establishments around carried Balletto, and it seems justified.
