my drink was perfect the staff was very kind and very quick
I just left this establishment feeling at odds with the interaction I was presented with. The young lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me upon entering, which is fine, she was completing orders. When she did come to the register nothing, no hello no nothing, just a blank stare, I requested a double espresso as they have a full espresso bar in full view. She yelled to me that they do not do espresso that they just do tea inspired drinks I was thrown back by how rude she was. I thanked her and exited before I became upset. This level of customer service should be addressed.
Extremely disappointed with our drinks, and will not be returning. Paid extra for boba I didn’t even get, which is clearly shown on the receipt. The Thai boba lacked flavor and tasted like plain water with sweet tapioca pearls. Overall, don’t recommend!
I used to swing by this Teaspoon as a special treat once in awhile, until the boba barista Delilah let me make a custom beverage! She let's me swap the coffee out of the coconut coffee drink and put the dark assam tea in it instead and it is so delicious! Now I crave it and come by at least once a week for my custom sip of happiness. Thank you for allowing customizable beverages. It makes the cost of the treat feel justifiable when it comes out EXACTLY as your tummy desires lol 😆.
Love the energy coming from the worker, great atmosphere, drinks were amazing!! 😻
Staff was very helpful. Best Boba shop in town 😋
Place was clean, staff was friendly, boba was really good. Definitely coming back
Friendly workers and clean store. There was a consistency issue between my two orders but I can't remember what it was. I'll go here again 😁
Tried one of their other locations in LA and was a fan, so happy Teaspoon has made its way to Santa Rosa. One of the better Boba places in the area aside from Share Tea.
tl;dr this shop is chopped. on some days, gutted, rotted, and even decomposing
I used to work in a tea shop, and I have conflicting feelings.
The drinks vary in quality. Some are quite good, with high quality tea (I really enjoy their assam and jasmine tea), and some are lackluster (the thai tea, the grasshopper, anything with ube). I don't think they justify their prices, but that's my personal opinion.
Service is brisk, impersonal, and inconsistent. Sometimes you get good quality drinks and service and sometimes you get multiple mistakes and subpar tea.
Lack of quality occurs most at the end of the day, when supplies are running out and quality takes a dip-- for instance, the thai tea is grainy (the dust settles to the bottom of the pitcher), drinks aren't filled all the way, boba gets squishy from sitting in its pot, and toppings are scant (the portions can be shockingly small).
I don't mean to shame the employees at all, but Teaspoon charges $7 a drink, not including tips and modifications. Your funds are best spent elsewhere.

I came in about 20-30 minutes ago and ordered a classic Thai tea… the only the thing I have to say is wow! They Super friendly and for how many people they have on staff each night they keep the place in high spirits and keep the place very clean.. great job to everyone that is involved in maintaining such an amazing environment!
I asked for “less ice” on my drink which was the “Taro Lover” and they filled my cup almost all the way with ice. I was pretty disappointed but still drank all of it. Only two people were working and it was a bit busy as well. I didn’t ask for anything crazy either, just “less ice” and “no taro chunks”. They weren’t given a tip anyway because they didn’t greet or acknowledge me and the people I was with. I was kinda glad they got no tip :).
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The drinks are delicious.
Awesomeness!!! Pure heaven
Was really disappointed. The boba was a mix of soft and old hard ones. The drink was insanely expensive for how much you got. i felt very mislead by the reviews. it tasted fine it was just not worth the cost for me. also, the staff was friendly and very quick to make the drink. no problem there
