Friendly workers and clean store. There was a consistency issue between my two orders but I can't remember what it was. I'll go here again š
Tried one of their other locations in LA and was a fan, so happy Teaspoon has made its way to Santa Rosa. One of the better Boba places in the area aside from Share Tea.
tl;dr this shop is chopped. on some days, gutted, rotted, and even decomposing
I used to work in a tea shop, and I have conflicting feelings.
The drinks vary in quality. Some are quite good, with high quality tea (I really enjoy their assam and jasmine tea), and some are lackluster (the thai tea, the grasshopper, anything with ube). I don't think they justify their prices, but that's my personal opinion.
Service is brisk, impersonal, and inconsistent. Sometimes you get good quality drinks and service and sometimes you get multiple mistakes and subpar tea.
Lack of quality occurs most at the end of the day, when supplies are running out and quality takes a dip-- for instance, the thai tea is grainy (the dust settles to the bottom of the pitcher), drinks aren't filled all the way, boba gets squishy from sitting in its pot, and toppings are scant (the portions can be shockingly small).
I don't mean to shame the employees at all, but Teaspoon charges $7 a drink, not including tips and modifications. Your funds are best spent elsewhere.
I came in about 20-30 minutes ago and ordered a classic Thai tea⦠the only the thing I have to say is wow! They Super friendly and for how many people they have on staff each night they keep the place in high spirits and keep the place very clean.. great job to everyone that is involved in maintaining such an amazing environment!
I asked for āless iceā on my drink which was the āTaro Loverā and they filled my cup almost all the way with ice. I was pretty disappointed but still drank all of it. Only two people were working and it was a bit busy as well. I didnāt ask for anything crazy either, just āless iceā and āno taro chunksā. They werenāt given a tip anyway because they didnāt greet or acknowledge me and the people I was with. I was kinda glad they got no tip :).
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The drinks are delicious.
Awesomeness!!! Pure heaven
Was really disappointed. The boba was a mix of soft and old hard ones. The drink was insanely expensive for how much you got. i felt very mislead by the reviews. it tasted fine it was just not worth the cost for me. also, the staff was friendly and very quick to make the drink. no problem there
Worst experience I ever had from the employee
Teaspoon is delicious! Iāve always been a fan of boba, so when teaspoon opened, I was really excited to have a boba place near by! The place is clean and well kept!
I got the silky mango, so good and refreshing!
Highly recommend

Took me a while to find my favorite drink, but their Thai tea and Peach oolong tea is very good. I love how the tea is freshly brewed and not too sweet. Boba is delicious as well! Super fast service as well.
Love their drinks, tasted amazing
I loved the boba! best customer service and very fresh drinks definitely recommend the guava sunset at 10% sweet such a nice and clean place with good music and good people
Great service
Teaspoon is hands down the best tea and boba spot! The flavors are consistently amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure youāre happy. Iāve even ordered large containers for a party, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Teaspoon is a must have!
