Let me tell you about the religious experience I just had at The Bird in Santa Rosa. I ordered the turkey soup, feeling all responsible and cozy, like I was about to knit a scarf and watch reruns of “The Great British Bake Off.” But then—plot twist—I threw in their Special Red Pepper Sauce.
Friends, this was no longer soup. This was a liquid pep talk from the universe. One spoonful and suddenly I felt like I could run for mayor, finish my taxes, AND finally assemble that IKEA bookshelf that’s been haunting me since 2021. The pepper sauce transformed a wholesome turkey hug into a spicy, zesty motivational speaker in a bowl.
It was like the turkey was saying, “Shhh… I’ve got you,” and then the red pepper sauce jumped in like, “NO YOU DON’T—LET’S DANCE, BABY!” Honestly, I half expected confetti to pop out of the bowl.
If you go to The Bird and don’t order this exact combo, you’re basically robbing yourself of joy. Get the turkey soup. Add the sauce. Prepare for enlightenment. 🦃🔥🥣

Great food we have went twice I believe it better to go early in the evening turns more into a bar setting later in the evening lot of ad u it's drinking staff were great they maybe should invest in another server as it took a while to get a table cleaned so we could be seated but over good experience with quality food

It seems as though there is no one managing the operations of service here. The "waitress" we saw 3 times. The busser was the only one we could ask for anything. Prime rib was cold to the touch. Waitress couldn't be bothered to check in if we needed anything. The sale could have been $50 more but no one seemed concerned with what out party of six needed or wanted. They added a 20 percent gratuity so why would they. Pretty sad that the standard has dropped so low.

I love this place for the price point. The bar feels upscale, the restaurant feels laid back, the food is hearty and price-point quality. Like, GOOD! The meat entrees are awesome! Most importantly, the people are really nice. It’s a local spot for laid back high caliber people. Enjoy.
