Viethai Cuisine is an absolute gem of a restaurant known for its delicious, authentic Thai food and pho. The food is always great and never disappoints, with generous portions. Dishes like the lemon grass chicken leg are super tender with good flavour, and the poke bowl is spicy and flavorful. The pho has a delicious, hearty broth, always with sirloin or brisket, and served with fresh Thai basil, lime, and mung bean sprouts. A specialty is the Fried Rice with Tom Yum Sauce. The service is great, super helpful, friendly, and impeccable, even with large groups. The ambience is also great. While it can be understaffed and has recently become more pricey, the experience is always good and highly recommended.
