Waffles in Santa Rosa, CA

“We ordered online as indicated by their post to only call if you had issues or when you got there. We waited until Sunday morning so we could get beignets, ordering form opened right at 11 and we had our order queued by 11:06am, the online form said it would be ready after 1:30pm...okay not quite what we were expecting trying to order them for brunch but decided to still go for it. Put our credit card in and placed our order, email then said it would be ready for pickup at 2:10pm. We were pretty upset at that second delay but the order was already in and we’d heard such great reviews we decided it’d be a delicious lunch. Showed up at 2:08 and called in at 2:10 after finding a parking spot and were told our order would be out in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called in again, was told they were busy (two other cars came and left with their food while we sat there) and it would only be “a little while longer.” 23 minutes after that they finally come out with our food (beignets and two waffle sandwiches with a ginger tea) and only say “thank you for waiting so long.” No apology. The beignets were great, waffles a little soggy but the chicken was fantastic. We probably won’t be back until they’re open for sit-down as waiting 4 hours unexpectedly isn’t what we planned to take up our Sunday.“

Waffle is so fluffy and tasty with amazing whip cream and jam, coffee is comforting and fresh. This place is a treasure!“
