I went last night for the first time with a girlfriend of mine. The ambience was perfect. It was comfortable and our service was amazing. He made recs and we loved them all. The wine was great, the oysters, calamari and filet sliders. I wish the sliders were bigger or more but it's because they were so so good! We loved our bartender/server. I wish I could remember his name. I will definitely be back.
Willie's Wine Bar is one of our favorites. My son and I tried the roasted carrots, flatbread, skewered chicken thighs, and even the moo shu bacon—everything was tasty and well done. My wife and I also come here often for date nights, and it's always consistent. The staff are sharp, friendly, and professional, which makes the whole experience smooth and easy. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe—can't recommend it enough.
Arrived at Willi's at noon on a Saturday. Place was empty, but we were seated right next to a woman who was very loud. The filet mignon sliders were great, as usual, along with a half bottle of cab. The mushroom salad was soaked in a vinegar dressing that was so overly powerful, we could barely eat it. Sundae for dessert was delicious!
