Wait 2 hours to get food, ended up canceling and going to McDonalds! Dont recommend if you want eat in a timely manner!

Poor service - they’ll leave you hanging at the register forever and there is no urgency in the food prep either. Should call it Wing Nickel and Dime - they pretty much force you into combos or buying 10 piece a la carts and then charge for sauce as if you’d eat the wings without a dipping sauce - pretty tough to get out of here with my two kids for less than $38 so pretty much not coming back

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

First time eating at the Guerneville location and I’m very disappointed with my food and Flavors I picked didn’t even taste like the flavors only one that taste like it’s flavor was the honey barbecue. They shoved my order in one container, which was disappointing. Garlic Parmesan doesn’t even taste like it. It looks like it’s just in some butter sauce. Food was not good. It was honestly nasty. Looks like I’ll keep going to the one in RP because this one is so disappointing chicken is dry not a happy customer spent money on nasty food and they just sloped the sauce on our chicken. Do better guerneville location.
