Yay!Paella Catering

Stan and his assistant catered our Christmas party last night. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Polite, professional, courteous, beautiful presentation and the paella was off the charts delicious!

Stan and Yay Paella were excellent! We used them for our wedding in Napa. They were very professional and responsive from the moment we first contacted them. They had timely responses, were honest about their price and services. They met with us to coordinate leading up to the wedding. They delivered on all fronts! We greatly appreciated they sought us out to give us tapas immediately after the ceremony knowing we may not be able to get there since we were mingling. The dinner itself was great quality! Would definitely recommend them for any event!

We hired Yay! Paella catering for our wedding last weekend and they were amazing! First of all, they were very easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and were very responsive via email. On the day of the wedding they brought everything they needed, including their own tables and linens for serving the food buffet style as we requested and they provided compostable plates, silverware and napkins complimentary.All of our guests loved the food and we continue to receive compliments on it. One guest told us that they have been to 18 weddings in their lifetime and Yay! Paella was the best wedding food they had ever had! We absolutely loved it and would recommend them to anyone!

We used Yay Paella for a lunch for 100 people the day before my daughter’s wedding. It was a huge hit. The 2 paellas were delicious, even the vegetarian one! It was a great value with food left over and Stan was very easy to work with.

We used Yay! Paella for our annual “Dinner in the Vineyard” event with E16 Winery. First off, the food is fantastic. It paired perfectly with our Pinot Noir, and it looked beautiful on the plate! Secondly, the staff is great. Seré was a pleasure to work with while figuring out cost and logistics. The chef, Stan, was so accommodating with our timeline for the evening, and was so engaging with our guests. He went the extra mile to ensure our guests had a great experience, and even showed the guests good tips on making an authentic paella. Completely unexpected, but such a nice thing to add to the evening. Thank you guys!

We used Yay!Paella for our son’s rehearsal dinner. They were awesome to work with and responded very quickly to our questions. The Paella was fantastic and the guests also raved about the shrimp skewers and gazpacho shooters. Their serving staff were incredibly professional, warm, and friendly. They were able to anticipate our needs and knew exactly where to jump in and help.We highly recommend Yay!Paella for your event!
