I love that there are sugar free options that taste great. Unfortunately $8 for a higher quality drink is the new normal but that's inflation . I got the coco mango and it reminds me of the mango pomelo sago drink from hui lau shan but with less depth since it doesn't have all those layers. Definitely not as good as hui lau Shan but is a good alternative. I wish they had a sago option since it would pair better together. Poor worker was alone and def felt bad for them. Glad the Santa Rosa plaza finally has something good there worth trying. Definitely glad I don't have to go all the way to sf to try zero& and can't wait to try their food and other drinks. There are logistics the company needs to figure out and hopefully they can do it quickly or else I assume they will lose some business. As for me, if I'm in the area I would come back.

I am a very frequent customer at Zero&, Santa Rosa Plaza. I have been always very pleased with the service and their refreshing drinks. But for the recent order placed yesterday made me question about my very highly placed opinion for Zero&. The Lychee Lover had all the frozen Lychee cubes in it and made the drink a very unpleasant experience, especially for my mom who really like it until before yesterday. Hopefully this is never repeated.

Substitute sugar things are just not my cup of tea. The taste misses that sweet flavor of joy, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this if you're seeking a satisfying treat. It's simply not my thing.

The Passion fruit lemonade was phenomenal! Will go back soon to try others and see if they compare!

I had a hard time trying to decide what to rate Zero&. Since moving downtown I've found myself going here quite frequently. Sometimes everything works out well: the time they estimate is accurate, the drinks are delicious. Sometimes things really don't go according to plan: they will randomly be closed in the middle of the day (I assume this is because they are taking a break, but why wouldn't they stagger their breaks, or post online that they'll be closed from 3:45-4:00?), getting my drink(s) take twice as long as the estimate given, etc. The drinks are always consistent and taste the same (something you can't really say about lots of other coffee and tea places). I can't really speak about the customer service because usually they're all just in the back until someone brings a drink forward and then goes back to the back. Yesterday I ordered three drinks and was the first order in the queue. I was told it would be 2-7 minutes for the order to be ready, so husband left the house right away. It was 13 minutes before our drinks were done and husband said five other orders came up before ours. I'm assuming that one staff member makes each order, which would make sense why an order or two would come out before ours, but I'm sure it was frustrating for him waiting there while multiple people came and went. The drinks seem a little pricey, but I guess everything is these days. The ingredients are high quality, fresh, and delicious but I wish they had nutritional information posted. I can't find it anywhere. I appreciate that they find it important to say whether there is sugar or caffeine, but I'd also like to know the calorie count. Their cups have codes in the side that you enter into the app for more rewards. If you know me, you know I'm a sucker for rewards. Lots of the things on the menu look interesting, but I've been too timid to branch out past the super delicious coco mango, and yesterday I tried the Thai Me Up, which is surprisingly good. It is Thai tea, creme brulee, and crushed oreo crunchies. It appears that the creme brulee is just a small drizzle around the cup to get the oreo crumbs to stick, but it was quite good and I'm glad I tried it. I imagine this company will continue to expand. They're doing a pretty good job. Even with all my negative comments and a few not so great experiences, I do imagine I'll keep coming back.

WOW! The flavors are great. Have not had a bad one yet. Love that we can control the sugar level. Pricey but so worth it. Ordering online and then going for pickup is great. No wait as they have it up front ready for you. In the middle of the mall but near two of the entrances so it makes it easy to get to. Our monthly indulgence.

This place is in the mall near Sephora. Ordered the thai tea with oreo, it was really good. Ordered on their tablet, then you input your number (not sure what they do if you don’t have a phone) and they text you when it’s ready. Ready within a few minutes. You can customize if you want it less sweet and less ice.

I was SO disappointed- had the Jasmine tea with boba. Cheese foam and pinenuts. Awful.

Possibly the best milk tea I've had in Santa Rosa.I ordered the Ube Taro and you could taste the freshness of the ube and taro. Definitely a lot of care was put into making the beverage. My only complaint is that their mobile app on Android has an issue where the bottom of the screen gets covered by the navigation buttons, so it's hard to use.

Doesn’t take cash? Dumb.

Three people working and no people waiting in line just me and it still takes five minutes to make one drink…. They just talk talk talk and not making drinks

First time trying it and everything was so good!! The ube taro was super good! I love the flavor and everything. It was not too sweet. It was at the right sweetness imo. I am glad I didn't ask for less sweet because some places when I asked for less sweet, it was really plain. I also got a pandan almond croissant. Super flavorful and yummy. This place is self-ordering kind of place. You order at the kiosk and they bring out your order. I like this idea but it might be tough if you have some questions about the menu since the staff were inside. The ordering page is really organized. One thing to note is they automatically charge you gratuity (I forgot the percentage) but if you want to do a custom tip or change the amount of tip or do no tip, you can adjust it on the top of the page.It took them a while to bring out the order (even the croissants which was in the clear cabinet in the front) when there was no other customers. But overall this place is great! However, I want make two suggestions. First, the floor was VERY sticky. Staff should make more effort into cleaning the floor. Second, we went and ordered pretty early (around 12.15pm) and a lot of things were out of stock! I would expect that more towards the end of the day, not this early. I really wanted to try the ube croissant and ube mini box but both (and a lot of other things) were out. So if they can be more ready and have everything in stock, it would be great!

A small spot inside the shopping plaza but was really good! They have large screens with all the menu items and they have a couple of tablets where you place your order. Unfortunately, the drink I wanted wasn't in stock which I think would be nice for it to show on the screens as well. When you're ordering, it asks you to pick all of your toppings individually. I made the mistake of assuming that the drink already came with boba but once I received it, it was missing. They were kind enough to give me a scoop after I had already paid which I greatly appreciated!
