This is a truly special place. We have been members for about two years and we enjoy coming up here a couple of times per year. The wine is fabulous and the property is beautiful. When you come for a tasting it feels as if it's an extended part of the family. It's such a treat to taste here.

Fabulous, I was lucky enough to book a private tour of the vineyard and a wine tasting. It was fantastic. I had a lovely host who was extremely knowledgeable about the winery and I even got to meet the winemaker Matt. That was quite exciting for me so pleased to be there! Oh. My. God. Why does McKinney not charge 700 a bottle and only sell their bottles to the worlds greatest restaurants?! This is the most extraordinary flight I have ever tasted. Come to the vineyard for a tasting -- the experience was one of a kind. You will never have more fun. And without a doubt you will be signing up for the wine club before you leave. The best wine. The best people. The best experience. LOVE THEM! We will be back. Often. And for the rest of our lives....

Wow. Such a great experience! Matt himself hosted us as smart of a small tour group, and he is such a good guy. Super personable and genuine - it just shines through.Took a quick tour of the vineyards, fed the goats, got to hang out with the two cool dogs, etc. Then to the "lab" to learn more about the area, growing conditions, rocks/soil, etc. Just the perfect amount of learning/stories/etc.Next to the wine tasting. As others have said, I liked every wine. I might go as far as to say that I loved every wine - and that's really rare as I usually might like 50% - 75% of the wines I taste at a winery ... and that's fine - not every winery does everything well.But Matt and his team do - 3 of the wines were just spectacular! And the others were still very, very good.I used to have a bit of a problem wine tasting - everything always seemed good, so we'd buy wines at every winery, and join every wine club. Over time, we got a little better, and tried to not just buy/join in the heat of passion when you're there having fun, have had some wine, etc. I don't think we've joined a new wine club in 5 years or so.And not only did we buy several bottles, but we joined the wine club. First wine club joined in 5 years ... if that doesn't sum up how we felt about Matt and this winery, I'm not sure what would!
