Went to CA MTN Bakery Saturday for the first time. Very friendly employees! We had the boysenberry apple crumble pie - the BEST PIE in Julian ! We topped it with cinnamon ice cream - so good :) we also bought some biscuits to take home and I made egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches - these are the best biscuits I’ve ever bought or made- so buttery and delicious 🤤 can’t wait to go back and try more bakery items and pies 🥧
We purchased cinnamon bins and sticky buns. They were the best we have tasted in years. They have sparred no expense in the making of these buns. With every bite, you could taste the butter and all the other ingredients just like when you had homemade from home

We wanted to stop by the Julian Pie Company on our way home from hiking, but there was no place to park and the line was insane so we skipped it. Just outside of Julian, we stumbled on this little unassuming place and picked up an apple-cherry pie as our consolation prize. Am I so glad we did. Julian Pie Co has nothing on this place.
