Every time i come here its hard to hear the servers calling out your pickup number. Today i waited 20 minutes and never heard my number, so went to a server and ask what happened? No good answer. Get a digital readout of pickup numbers please!

I'm usually very happy with ordering pizza for my family but I ordered a pepperoni pizza last night and it was the worst quality I've ever had burnt,soggy taste like plastic I'd rather go to chuckie cheeses down the street to get pizza then they take away the supreme style pizza it's a shame horrible service as well! I will not be returning due to poor quality!

SUGGESTION: Recently visited a Costco in the San Jose area. They have you go to the window and pick up your food after you pay at the kiosk, not wait. I feel this location could benefit greatly from this method, pretty much doing the job for the employees keeping the flow going. This would require people to wait in line tho, and people couldn’t even do that correctly to pay at the window as now the painted lines on the ground are removed.

The quality of the food is great, as always, but something must be done about the efficiency. Today there were customers waiting over an hour for their whole pizzas while these sat in racks getting cold because there was no one to man the whole pizza window and no one calls out the orders. This is not even the employees’ fault entirely, they do what they can with the few people they have to take care of orders, baking, handing off food, and dealing with now frustrated customers etc. However, it would be better for everyone involved to have a better system than having to wave an employee down to repeatedly ask if your number’s come up. For instance, having some kind of digital marquee that lists the numbers that have come out of the oven.

Taylor(female) was not actually rude to me on 10/12.But i took it personally because i dont have much time for lunch and i was thirsty. I bought 2 drinks for myself.She did look at my receipt noticed my number and said "409. We're not there yet" but she never, not once asked 'how may i help you?' since i was standing at the window/counter. Though she was really busy, she coulda asked that. I understand being busy. I understand being frazzled. I actually work across the street at walmart in the auto care center. I absolutely understand customer service. I did not feel taken care of righteously by Taylor.'Um okay i just want my cups' i wanted to say. I was thirsty. That's why I bought the drinks, to quench my thirst asap.If i could rate her 0 stars or negative stars i would.

Tried the new mango smoothie today. Thought it tasted bad. Tastes like old over ripened mangos that need to be thrown out. Even the color of the smoothie has a brownish/orange tint to it, like over ripe mangos do. Wound up throwing it away after a few sips. In regards to the food, you really can't go wrong with the hotdog. But hey you guys, bring back the chopped onions already!! What's the hold up?

Great pizza but way too salty. Nutrition chart says it has something like 10,000 mg of salt. I contacted Costco HQ in Washington state about this, but was met with apathy.

2 stars because their pizzas are always swimming in grease. We eat here often as a family (meals for under $10 is always a plus!) But the Santee costco pizza is a NO go. ?♀️ Every time, without fail, grease is pooling in the pizza. Grease dripping off of the pizza, and down your throat. Bleh! Also about 60% of the time the cheese is in the right place, but the other 40% there is a good portion of your pizza that it just a bubble. The sad part is even with this knowledge, we ordered pizza for a party here once a while back and same thing.. gross!So we stick with hotdogs when we come here, which is a bummer for our pizza lovers. We'll literally drive to a different Costco if we're going to eat, just so we can get a normal slice of pizza. ?
