Litterally at every Costco I have been to you can buy stuff from the food court before 10am if you have a regular membership. At this location you can not. Very disappointing.
Yeah the pizza is great and a great price but they simply refuse to answer the phone so if you want a pizza you have to come to the physical building and wait an hour

The Costco Food Court offers good pizza that can be ordered ahead or at self-service stations, with options to buy by the slice or whole pie. The restaurant has plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and provides good value. While service can be inconsistent, the food is consistently delicious, with vegetarian options available. Unlike some other locations, the Santee Costco Food Court is not loud or chaotic, and it is well-organized with good signage, plenty of tables and chairs, and a clean environment. Customers often enjoy the food here, although wait times for pizza can be longer than initially told when calling ahead. Parking can be crowded at times, but the self-serve kiosk setup outdoors facing the sun is convenient, especially compared to other locations with no shades. Overall, it remains a good place to grab a quick, tasty meal.
