Visited on a Thursday at 12:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. With three orders ahead, it took 31 minutes to receive two drinks. The employee managing the register and drink preparation was clearly working hard, but seemed overwhelmed. After 20 minutes, another staff member appeared but did not assist, instead observing and using their phone. Boba was great . We love the drinks that keeps us coming back but the service from the blonde female worker at the register is very rude . She doesn’t greet, has a stank face when you ask anything, and barely acknowledges you . I know some people have bad days but we’ve gone a good amount of times and it’s the same service.
