Exellent food. Pho is the best I have eaten in San Diego.. Place is aways packed for dine in or take out. The have my special Pho that is Oxtail Pho , not found in many Pho restaurants.
Their food used to be really good but they got bought out and their recipes changed. I only ever order the Vegetarian Fried Rice and it is different everytime. Usually not bad but not good. Not always flavorful. But their tofu is usually always pretty good. The staff kinda just looks lost and tired standing around. One of the guys is usually standing at the counter ringing a bell to his made up song, which is pretty annoying.
Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between staff & I. I believe I ate some form of animal-based product that made me sick later that night. Apart from that, the food was okay. I ordered Tofu Pho with vegetable broth & Crispy Tofu as an appetizer. I wasn't too impressed, but I was hungry. The broth was bland for me.
